Agree with the other reviewers. Carol needs to either retire or go through extensive customer service training. I’ve never felt so insulted going to USPS in my life

Spent 20+ minutes in a line to drop off a package and purchase a mailer for around $2

This office always follows up with me personally when I report a package missing. In all 3 cases they were able to find and deliver it. This hasn’t usually been the case with other post offices.
