I was a bit stressed when I saw the current rating, expecting the worst. However, I was lucky to be served by Jordan, who was very professional, friendly, polite and quick. She did a great job, and I am happy USPS has such professionals

I have had a fairly good experience at this office in 2024-2025. The tax seasons lines were rather long, but not as long as at the Harvard Square office in other years. The only other business I had was dropping several packages (labeled and sealed by myself at home) and getting a receipt at the counter, and it was straightforward.
