But since I have been visiting the store for softball gear for my other daughter, I have been super impressed!! Gary M has been soooo helpful on the softball side, it is unbelievable. He has taken the time to talk to us about the correct bat for my daughter’s style of hitting and she has been super happy with the recommendation. Gary helped us to find the perfect fielders glove and the care and finesse he took with re-lacing and breaking it in for her, I would have thought it was his own glove. He treats every customer the way they should be treated. Does he own the store? As long as Gary is at the store, we will continue to come back!!”
“I have been purchasing batting gloves for 30 years from this company. For the past 10 years they have been custom. Franklin Sports has excellent customer service. I just read the single review on here and it is amazing how ridiculous people are today. Totally unfair and Franklin's explanation makes perfect sense. "we count days differently"????? Complete joke of a response from the reviewer. Let me tell you about my experience. Anytime...ANYTIME I have an issue with my gloves I email the company with a photo and they resolve it right away. There have only been a few of those. They are also very quick to respond. The guys are super. I am capable of understanding how days and weeks work in the real world. I am capable of waiting the six weeks for the gloves to ship because that is the expectation level the company sets.”

My daughter recent got a new pair of edea ice fly skates and a new pair of Gold seal John Wilson Revolution blades at another location and needed her blade mount adjusted. I had an excellent experience at The North Face store in South Shore Plaza thanks to James. He was extremely friendly, patient, and truly knowledgeable about the products. I visited the store hoping to buy a North Face Triple C jacket, and even though they didn’t have it in stock, James took the time to walk me through the online ordering process step-by-step. He made everything clear and simple, and I left feeling confident about my purchase.
