“I recently visited Filson and had an outstanding experience, largely thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by the kind staff! When I walked into the store, a worker greeted me, took the time to understand what I was looking for, and guided me through various options without being pushy or condescending.
The store's presentation and attention to detail made the entire shopping experience enjoyable, almost like shopping in an antique barn. There was plenty of space to linger and ponder purchases. The quality and longevity of the clothes seem on par with far more expensive brands. The only fault I see in the store is not related to their service, ambiance, or style—only their lack of a women's section! Filson seems to be reaching out in that direction, but I feel like they could do more than just pink and strange prints. I would love to see more muted basics in the collection. That said, I adore the men's collection. I appreciate seeing a company embracing tried-and-true designs with an eco mindset.
The eloquent way that Charles, the staff member who assisted me, explained each product, its history, construction, and applicability to my wardrobe shows that Filson genuinely values the products they create. I would definitely recommend stopping in!”
“I started shopping here in '88. Those were my Vintage days. Then grunge and finally goth. They had EVERYTHING.I was so young / 19 - 20. I usually went to Oona's during my vintage days. It was costly as a teen though. Garment District was one of the only places I would shop 'cause they always had the correct clothing for my alternative -- grunge--goth days as well as appropriate items for work. That was so many decades ago. I miss it. It's huge & they had anything I wanted. iNo need to go to NYC!”

“If I were able to make it more often than I do, I'd rate it 5 stars.
I joined about 10 months ago and have been something like 4 times and a not sure if I'll be able to make it a fifth time. That's partly on me (I live/work about a 30 min drive away or longer if I'm trying to make it during rush hour/right after work), but also: the hours aren't super friendly to nine-to-fivers. When I first joined I think maybe every week or every other week there would be a Thursday or Friday with a couple of hours when it was open in the evening (something like 5 to 7 or maybe 6 to 8?) and two weekend days (per month) with 2 to 4 hours of being open in the middle of the day - the bulk of the open hours being during business hours on weekdays. The open hours have varied with staff availability (understandable!), but for me it's been a lot harder to make it there than I anticipated when I joined.
If you can make it for their open hours more easily thanIve found myself able to (the weekend days kept clashing with other commitments I had, given the middle-of-the-day hours), I'd highly recommend joining, though.”

“Saks Fifth Avenue is like a Nordstrom, they carry a bunch of different luxury brands, and sometimes you'll run into promotions. I have mixed feelings about them having an all men's store in the Copley Place, and an all women's store in the Prudential. I think that it can be a good concept by not doing too much and have a specific focus, but also doesn't encourage inclusivity. I also don't see how this would make sense for them in a retail sales conversion standpoint because what if I wanted to shop for my partner or friends and family, and I won't be able to because it's no longer a one stop shop. The men's store just had me walk in and walk right out because I couldn't find what I was looking for. The staff there was courteous to let me know to come here, and the two places aren't too far from one another. There should also be a sign that says the women's store or other store is in the next building and you can cross the bridge on this floor. Other than that, it's worth checking out to keep your options open and to ensure that you're getting a good deal for what you're looking for.”
“Great shop with incredibly knowledgeable employees. They have a nice selection of hemp-derived THC, and CBD products that are priced incredibly well for their potency, which is often higher than dispensaries, and does not have the annoying souless dispensary vibe. A lot of vegan choices too which is nice. They also have a great selection of hemp clothing, and accessories like hand blown pipes and vapes. This is a great one stop shop for all things cannabis. worth checking out for sure.”

The store is clean, bright, and has a variety of unique dishes, clothes, jewelry, and trinkets. Very happy I stopped here!”
