He answered all of our questions and even asked us questions we didn’t think about when we were bringing in some bulky items! We are delighted the prices were so reasonable compared to other units and especially how accommodating he was as we were booking a unit last minute. We look forward to our continuing contract here.”

“They made move in and move out fast and easy. The place was clean and no pests got into my storage items. They have a gated area for loading which is nice to have extra security for my items while my car is parked there. Lots of carts for moving things up the elevator. Large elevators. Just a great experience overall, I'll be a return customer if I ever need a storage unit again. Only one downside was that there was a 2x rate increase after a few months, so while the intro price is attractive you'll need to keep an eye on the increase schedules.”

“Drove in to reserve a storage unit in person. Dan was super helpful from the start, locked up his office to show me the units in person and made sure I knew all my options. The process of retrieving a code to the facility and access to the unit from the unloading zone couldn’t have been easier. We’re super happy this is available, also right across the street from UHaul where we rented a truck to haul our items. Couldn’t have been a smoother process and Dan made it extremely easy and stress free for me. Highly recommend this storage!”

One quick tip for others: if you have very large or bulky items, keep in mind that the main building isn’t designed for them. You’ll definitely want to look into renting one of their outside-access units for that!”
