“These are reviews for how the store is performing. NOT THE SERVICE IN GENERAL!!! If you have poor service at the store fine. However if you have a problem with the service itself leaving a poor review here will do you NO GOOD WHATSOEVER, if you don’t like your service change it and move on. The employees at the store have to deal with customers day in and day out, if they have to deal with issues that they are not able to handle on the store level customers throw them attitude and say how much spectrum sucks. Can the company do some things differently of course they can but as a consumer you have options. It’s not about you all the time, like I said if you don’t like the service get something different and quit whining!”
“I was very impressed with the customer service! Shortly after I arrived to get a new phone, the woman helping me had to leave unexpectedly. The other team member, James, came over to help and mentioned he was supposed to be leaving soon for his daughter’s first birthday party. He called a manager to check to see if someone was coming to relieve him and was told they would be there shortly. Then, an elderly man came in and was having a hard time with his phone and understanding how things worked on it. James stayed calm and was very pleasant and helpful to the man, offering assistance with multiple things (how to sign into email, how to recover a password, explaining WiFi vs data). His relief didn’t show up until over a half hour later. I felt really bad for him, as a fellow parent, I understood the urgency for wanting to get to his daughter’s party. When his relief arrived, instead of leaving right away, he stayed to make sure everything was closed out with my order and phone transfer, even though I told him he should go and let the other team member help me finish up. I kept thinking how impressive it was that he never once showed that he was frustrated or upset about being late to his daughters party, and that he was so very pleasant under such a stressful situation. Hats off to James! Absolutely amazing customer service all around!”

Priya's store offers flexible hours so it's easy to drop by the store before or after work. My Mom and I really appreciate the step by step guidance provided by Priya and her staff to set up our new phones. What could have been a very stressful process was made so much better with Priya's invaluable help. “A kind young man, Jay Santiago, helped me so much today in the West Springfield store I could not believe it. Another representative, when I walked in your store, listened to my problem and gave me an 800 number and that was about it. Not at all kind or helpful. Just matter-of-fact. No smiles, no reassurance, nothing. I then saw Jay and asked him to help and he was amazing and solved my problem quickly. He called the 800 number for me and gave them all the information and in less than 20 minutes I was all set. He could not have been nicer, and I will forever be indebted to him for such wonderful help and kindness. He thanked me for coming back to T-Mobile as I was a previous customer.”

“Extraodinary customer service. Several months ago, I went to the X-finity store at the Holyoke Mall for a new phone. Not only did they have it in stock but it was less expensive than the same phone at Brst Buy (which didn’t have it in stock). The Associate (I regret that I forgot her name - Sarah, I think) spent nearly 2 hours making sure all my important information was transferred and the phone was working properly before I left.
Today, my wife and I went there to get her on my plan. We got an amazing Associate, Nani, who walked us through the process of getting her off her old plan and making sure everything was working well. She also alerted us to the fact that our Xfinity points qualified us for an almost free smart watch. We took it and she spent another 30-45 minutes getting that set up.
Rarely have I experienced such outstanding customer service. And to have it twice from the same business from two different Associates, is truly remarkable.”
