29 Domino Dr Suite 2, ConcordWe’re so glad to have found Dr. Avery and the clinic! We sought a second opinion from Dr. Avery for our bunny, Totoro, who is dealing with some complex health issues.
Dr. Avery is incredibly kind and attentive to Totoro and to us. He is accommodating, quick to respond, and quick to act. Dr. Avery clearly has extensive experience, and we always leave our conversations with him feeling much more informed about Totoro’s situation. He explains in detail what’s going on and answers all our questions. He also takes our concerns and observations seriously. Dr. Avery is truly compassionate with Totoro and us. He has been transparent about procedure estimates and has considered the costs for us. He has a wealth of knowledge, and it puts us at ease to have him take care of Totoro. We trust him with Totoro, and the only regret we have is that we didn’t have Dr. Avery as Totoro’s vet sooner!
The West Concord Animal Clinic team is so kind and welcoming to Totoro and us. They have been compassionate and accommodating, particularly Ethen and Shaunna. They are organized and quick to answer our calls and requests. They are really sweet, leaving us feeling reassured that Totoro is in good hands. They clearly have a lot of knowledge about bunnies!

20 Beharrell St, ConcordJudy is a fantastic trainer, I’ve been attending classes for a year and my only regret is that I didn’t go to her sooner. I originally went to a trainer in Maynard who told me I had a difficult breed of dog and was going to struggle, totally eroded my already low confidence. Judy was so lovely, she reassured me, gave excellent advice which worked for me and my pup and has been invaluable in our training journey. We have earned our AKC novice and intermediate tricks titles and are going to try rally Classes are low pressure and fun, I highly recommend Judy.

5 Lexington Rd, ConcordOur dog has been with Leslie for 3+ years. To this day, he still pops up in excitement when he hears Leslie open the door. Leslie has been very reliable and clearly cares deeply about all her dogs. Our dog certainly adores her. We are thrilled our dog is getting outside for a good hike every day in almost any weather condition, and he seems to love the time cruising around town in the Jeep before and after his walks as well. We are lucky to have Leslie!

42 Main St, ConcordLovely experience here! Food was delicious—I got a mango smoothie and the cheesy garlic bread with marinara sauce. The garlic bread was fantastic! Our waitress was nice, and although it was a little loud in there it had super cute decor and I had an overall wonderful experience. Definitely recommend!
