“Just had an over-the-top wonderful experience with the staff at this location. They mailed a precious hand made item for me earlier in the week. They helped me when I was unable to track the package online. They remembered me when I called today. The recipient was no longer at the address I used and I needed to have the pkg returned to Rowley UPS. The situation was handled in minutes and they were pleased and eager to help me. I think the bad reviews on here were from the other UPS store down the street at the Shaws plaza...that place is terrible, slow, and terribly rude employees at that location.
