“This shop and owner has redeemed my faith in mechanics. Not only is he an honest mechanic, he's a genuinely kind man. When I needed new headlights everywhere else would only do the work with the stock ones which were $400 EACH not counting labor. I found some for $40 and he did it and only charged the labor. He's repaired so many issues with my car, well below other quotes around the area. Did the repairs quickly and at the stated price without any of the usual gouging and extra labor other shops like to tack on. He even fit me in and stayed late before memorial day weekend to fix my car that was entirely disabled due to a shifter sensor preventing it from going out of park with him simply saying "I couldn't just leave you stranded". I'm so lucky to have found this shop and Brian. He's saved me thousands thus far in repair costs and prevented worse situations and troubles with his kind and professional repairs. I only come here now for any of my car needs. From oil changes, to brakes, tires, and more extensive repairs. He'll tell it to you straight and let you decide what course of action you'd like to take. Honest quotes, incredible work, kind, professional, and at costs you just simply won't find elsewhere. I cannot speak highly enough of this business and it's owner. I'm just so glad honest mechanics still exist.”

“This area is incredibly busy on weekdays between 3-6, and my tire popped passing through.
I don’t know if it was Mike or who it was, but someone saw me trying to use the Air machine, and offered to do it for me with a machine in the garage.
He said he has no replacement tires or patches but he could fill it and I could go to the tire place down the street.
That’s what I did!

“Jack is an awesome one-man-show. He gets the job done with good communication on tire orders and such. The online hours are posted as 8a-4p Monday-Thursday but his true hours are 7a-4p Monday-Thursday so feel free to come in any time after 7a”

“Come here all the time for full service gas (originally a Jersey girl) and whenever I have a nail in my tire. They also have free air (although the machine was broken last time i needed it). The employees are honest and able to do the work right then and there. $20 to fix a tire with a nail in it in less than 10 minutes. It’s so nice to have a place like this in the community!”

“I wanted to highly recommend Big Jack's Auto Service & Towing. I called him on a Friday afternoon to help a friend whose car had blown an engine and needed to be towed from it's location and checked out as far as possible repairs. Although Jack was in the middle of his holiday party, he took the time over several phone calls to arrange the towing to his place, something he certainly did not have to do. This was extremely helpful to both my friend and me. He said he would look at the car on Monday and did exactly that. I asked him to let me know the options for fixing the car and the cost. He got back to me promptly on both issues. While the car is beyond repair, given its age, the important thing to me and to anyone reading this review is how Jack stepped up and provided a much needed service quickly. My friend will also need help finding and working with a salvage company, something neither he nor I know anything about, but Jack stepped up there as well to help with that. I cannot be happier with Jack, his business and how much he helped.”

“I needed to get my RV generator fixed without a lot of downtime. The whole Staff was great. It was the new Onan Quiet 2800i which even I knew is difficult to work on. So we agreed to remove it from the vehicle to trouble shoot and we would come back when solved. Zach and Ron were excellent with communicating and staying on top of things. Everything was covered under warranty and we were shortly up and running again. Thanks for the great service!”
