“They have great food and drinks and whatever else you need for the family or a party! No alcoholic drinks here! It's usually very crowded most of the time! But if you go in later on in the evening it's not as bad! Otherwise parking is a hit or a miss ! Prices are very reasonable compared to the other grocery stores in the area!”

“They have a large variety of items. The bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin was really good however the top English muffin was very small for some reason. The owners are very friendly and nice.”

“This store is absolutely one of the cleanest grocery store! I mainly drop in for the freshly made soups and chili/especially the chili. The selections for ready made dinners are fantastic with a large variety to chose. I never do a complete shop there because it's out of my price range. But the chili and soups are Mmmm! and I never had a bad ready made meal. So Thank you cleaning staff and the entire work force...you folks are on the ball?”

“Hi to all at Hannaford; we've been shopping at this market since moving to Uxbridge a few years ago. Although it is costly, we don't shop there often; we prefer Market Basket, which is further away. The store has been remodeled since our first visit, and the staff is different as well; high school kids moving on, or I am wrong as always. My interest now is in flowers as a means of conversation, not necessarily about the flowers themselves, but to learn something about them. I am not a gardener, nor do I want to be one. “There's a lot of good reviews but most of these reviews are not from legit common sense people. I've been buying things from here for 2 years now and what I noticed quite frequently is the produce not being up to par. Some oranges were moldy. That's dangerous and could really kill someone. Also the hot food section is very hit or miss. Always be careful. Let's note some of the food that's displayed on the premade food cold fridge , are dated 4 days from when they were made. So freshness isn't always a plus here at this family owned business. Now im pointing out vital things that they need to appropriately take action on. People could get sick from the lack of ambition these workers put into the store. Sure they can vacuum and sweep. But that should be the last thing to do for the day and not ignore moldy produce and expired food with wrong dates. Ok. Here's another legit thing. Everything that's not store related is hella expensive. And I mean 3 TIMES MORE expensive. For example. A box of cheez it's here is over 5 dollars. At Walmart it's less than 2.79 for a large box.
Here's another example. White castle burgers 8.19 for 6. Walmart it's 5.79
Another example Kimmy Dean breakfast bowls 5 dollars after tax ??? Walmart it's 2.59
Ok... Chips in general over 6 to 7 dollars and raos sauce ECT very expensive almost 13 dollars.
This is not a good look considering other markers are selling the same product for 3 times less. I would not recommend shopping a full cart here unless your a rich trust fund baby or a rich Democrat who feeds off of inflation while watching the hard working blue collars dish out tons of money just to fit in with the rich town society. Yeah yeah yeah. Sorry I'm not the type of guy who accepts hand outs and lives lavish. I actually point out the things that are wrong with businesses that others completely purposely ignore. Like I said these 5 star reviews are from people who are blind Litterly. They are too scared to speak on the truth about things In life.

Lets note one more thing. The meat is good. Probably better than most butchers. Why? Well you can see there is very kind older guys who have experience with butchering.

Another thing Some of the younger people are awkward and they make you feel awkward you can sense the depression off of them. I always sense energy and some of the people there have very negative energy....

Smile more maybe you'll go farther in life and bring your energy up, maybe some people are sad because they fail at having motivation to do a simple job.”

“Totally disagree with a previous commenter. Yes Market 32 tends to be more expensive but Market Basket does NOT always have what you need which is why I go there less and less. But I will say this about Market 32 you need to get a BELL in the Seafood Department because people are in the back and they don't know you're there and you could be waiting there for them for who knows how long. I feel stupid yelling for them and really shouldn't have to.”

“You can find almost everything there. Just don't buy their fruit!!! Bought a precut watermelon and when I brought it home to eat it, it was like biting into the sole of a shoe!! No lie. The rest of the fruit I bought was like eating a sponge. Other than that, the rest of the things I bought were ok. I will never buy any type of fruit from them.”

“I had the best experience at this shaws location, there is a young man here, his name is Daniel, he works in produce, he was restocking the premade fruit cups and he was so friendly. The fruit looked fabulous and very fresh, Daniel told me that he personally is responsible for cutting the fruit and placing it on the shelves, he does a beautiful job here and always greets customers with a smile!”

“I just had a really nice/helpful conversation with Will, from 'Electronics'. I tried calling the CS desk 8 times, but I kept getting disconnected. (it might be due to it being 35 mins till closing, tbf) I live very close to Walmart, but really didn't want to rush there if they didn't have the ONE item I needed, because they're sold out quite often. So, I ended up pressing the button to be transferred to Electronics, because no other dept picked up. I was so relieved when Will answered, but felt a lil guilty since it wasn't his department or problem. I explained my issue & he couldn't have been any more kind/helpful! He took the time to walk to the grocery section, to see if my item was in stock! I really appreciated his help, & for going above & beyond his duties. Thank you, Will, I appreciate you! “The amount of trash and garbage on the grounds around the store behind the parking lot is deplorable. This is the Auburn Massachusetts store and it borders a forest. This is pollution and Bjs should take some responsibility in cleaning up this mess.”

“Hello, Big Y Market is lovely and spacious inside, with a great floral area in front of the store as you enter on the right. The pricing seems higher than we're used to; most likely use the store for last-minute purchases when in need of something. Enjoy the years in Uxbridge, we're new here as well.”

“Best place to go shopping. I won't even set foot into a market anymore. Their deli meats are always fresh. They have the best selection of beef, pork and chicken. It's always fresh. Even their ground hamburger is super fresh. I couldn't imagine shopping anywhere else.”

“The store was a mess until the new GM Russ started ! Now the store always looks very very clean well stocked an he goes above a beyond to make sure his customers are happy!! He’s very funny an always has a smile on his face!!! He’s always greeting any customer he sees an he’s very very respectful!!! I’m absolutely impressed with the upbringing of the store with him as the GM thabks from us customers we appreciate you I’m a dasher an get orders from this store a lot but had to drop them cause there is no service the WiFi wasn’t working but the GM made a point to make sure that his store has working WiFi we appreciate that tremendously!!! Now I can except orders again! There is also a wonderful assistant manager who has the same exact attitude as the GM! She goes above and beyond for that store too! The store is always well stocked cleaned and just an amazing environment! I always chat an joke with them both! These ppl deserve a raise for going above an beyond for that store! “Had an appointment last week at 8am. Unfortunately, I arrived to learn that they double booked the appointment. Mistakes happen; i let the other individual go first. Other individual proceeded ballistic on the service advisor Larry and management because the service didn’t begin immediately at 8am. The positive portion of my review is geared towards Larry; he maintained his composure while being berated by a customer. He could have easily lost his cool back (I sure would have). Kudos to Larry for maintaining his professionalism when it would have been easier to not. Hopefully management sees this and acknowledge Larry for how he acted during a trying time.”
