I had a pretty severe problem with my phone,and Saj was just amazing at figuring out how to extract my old data from my very damaged phone,she was very patient,polite,intelligent and personable. She's a good one !!!

Customer service at this location is wonderful. Issac was so helpful and spent time explaining everything and making my experience wonderful. I will be returning to see Issac with all our families Verizon needs.
