“My repair technician Stephen was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. I am giving the 5 stars because of him. The Sears AI system is terrible, however. Sometimes it will call you anywhere from 3-5 times to confirm the same information over and over. It also tried to have me reschedule my appointment even though this wasn’t necessary, thankfully I was able to communicate with the technician directly to confirm I was still on his route. Sears really needs to fix this AI or hire a human staff in its place.”

“We were searching for a special piece we bought in another store and found a similar one. The store manager helped us a lot with calling a third store to ensure we will find the right piece there. He took a lot of time to support us and finally we got the piece we searched for.”
“Love kohl's but the employees were lacking. One lady reaked of cigarettes and b.o. and the cashier stood and talked while I was waiting and when she finally called me over she wasn't very friendly.”
“Everything is well organized and I normally find everything that I may need. The customer service is great. So far they have been helpful, polite and nice towards me and my family. I can't complain its one of the places I mainly go to find extra pieces to my outfits and at times I find the cutest scrubs that are a great price and a perfect fit.”

“Honestly, I find everything I may need for the perfect price. From jewlery to shoe wear. If I need something such as makeup and jewlery I tend to go here and get some things. A place to go easily over budget but extremely worth it; the amount of things you tend to get. The store is organized and clean. It's not a mess and your able to find everything easier and by category. Makeup selections have so much to choose from, as well as amazing perfumes that smell delicious and last long. The hair products are affordable and have left my hair healthier than ever.”

“It's always a pleasure shopping at the Enfield, CT TJ Maxx store because the employees are courteous and very helpful. They constantly get a fresh replenishment of new clothes and accessories which is important to us frugal shoppers and the mark downs are the best. The day manager keeps a clean and orderly shop. I have never seen the store be untidy or unkept. He should be praised for the success of the store. Nicely done to the entire staff of employees.”

“This was the first time I went to TJ Maxx last week and I will say this is one of the nicest well organized cleanest store I have ever seen and I've been to other TJ Maxx before and this is by far the nicest one I've ever been in so I go a lot of respect and props to all the employees and management that keeps the store, nice and neat and organized even the bathrooms and I hope it stays that way because the Burlington next-door is disgusting everything's all over the floor all over the place nothing's we're supposed to be in the racks. It's just not a good place to go. You can't even manage your carriage through the aisles because your stuff all over the floor whether it be the shoe area the HomeGoods area there's picture frames all over the floor shoes all over I was disgusted and I just wanted to be fast. But again very nice door I want to spend more time here, but I had to get going good job”
“I just wanted to share how much I appreciated the woman working in the Beauty Department (makeup and fragrance)on Monday around 11:00 a.m. My daughter only remembers that her name may have started with the letter “T.” She was absolutely wonderful with my daughter and made our visit so special. You don’t always find that kind of kindness and patience in big department stores, so it really stood out. Great job on this hire, JCPenney! I will definitely be coming back—and maybe even for a little mommy makeover next time! If there’s any way to find out her name, I’d love to know so I can come back when she’s there.

She is a master stylist there, so the highest level. She is super friendly and she also educated to you if you’re curious about that kind of thing… She always happily answers any questions I have. “Well we did manage to get 40 items at $95 dollars or so between food and household items so that wasn't horrid pricing wise. Quality could be better for what you're paying for but this isn't like Dollar General. It's just a step down, for economical benefits (comparitive pricing)”

“This review is Amanda, a store manager for the westbound station: I was having some trouble figuring out the iced coffee machines and she politely approached me and walked me through everything. I overheard her helping other customers and making sure people had the right pump number and was very impressed with the level of customer service. Love her positive attitude, I wish more people had her work ethic and kindness.”
