“Mark was a huge help as we narrowed down our needs and possible obstacles ( ie limited range to get larger furniture in house) - he gave us best options, pros/cons of different models and quoted us a few options while we went home to confirm measurements. As he was quick and gave useful guidance my husband returned to the store and made a purchase for a great deal on Black Friday! All in all it took about an hour. We even changed our mind about delivery options and called back to make a quick change without issue. Our delivery comes next day and we have an exact window which is convenient. Great service!”

“My husband was hit while on his motorcycle. Years ago we purchased a recliner from the West Springfield store. I went to set it up for my husband, so it would be ready when he came home from the hospital and rehab. It wouldn't work. I called the store in West Springfield and spoke with Mike. At first he said he would order the part and it would take about 7-10 days. When I explained my husband needed the chair now as he was on his way home, Mike said he would take parts from a new chair and be right out.He came to our home within a few hours and got the chair up and running. Uncertain which way to go...Hazel offered to come to our home and she literally transformed it! Her enthusiasm is incredible - never had such an enjoyable purchasing experience. Our style was all over the place and she figured out what it was (mid century modern) & how to make it cohesive while using many things we already had. Last month my sister asked about the new couch - we bought it 13 years ago & sit on jt all night every night, it's our only seating in living room. She's at our house regularly. It still looks perfect. Bought Amish-style tables here. Dovetail joints, tight, SOLID CHERRY, gorgeous. Buy here if you want it to last. Oh - no salesperson follows you, like the ads promise.”
