“I was pleasantly surprised with the treatment I received. My salesperson explained the process so I would understand, he helped me compare phones, and answered my questions. I recommend this store over the one in Keene (horrible customer service in Keene store).”

530 Memorial Dr Ste D, Chicopee MA 01020
“While I was trying to get an upgrade in the Chicopee location, there was an irate customer who was refusing to leave until she got the answer she needed. It was escalated so far, the team members even had to call the police. She still refused to leave. She tried to talk to us and was very disrespectful to the other reps. In the store, everybody was so helpful. Including the assistant manager Kay, she did all that she could This manager held her composure through everything. The staff was so calm , and no one could believe what was happening”

“Went to pay my bill. I also got information on how to switch a different carrier's phone to my account. They were very helpful. Most Verizon store sales people are not as helpful as this one was! Thank you so very much for your help!”
