“These people are great. Our team was led by Melissa and had Jake and Chris. They were very hardworking and professional. They came in under budget and it took less time than anticipated. They delivered all boxes without a scratch. Actually one of the men said he was sorry but he thought he scratched my desk. I looked at it and said- Oh I did that several years ago. He was going to take responsibility even though he wasn't sure how he could have done it. I highly recommend the company.”

“After having multiple problems and poor interactions with the Springfield/Union Street office, I moved to using this and the Boston road office. Both are 100% better experiences than the poor quality management and staff at the Springfield/Union Street office. Transactions are consistently smooth and friendly. Staff has actually bathed, sober, customer focused, and extremely professional. Equipment is clean, organized, and functional. Most importantly - NO drama, just good service. I would highly recommend this location (Birnie Ave). Someone should send the Union street to this location for training.”

“Convenient location. Affordable pricing. No fluff. They have free wheeled carts for moving stuff in and out your units. You get a key card to open the lift door. Only real con is that the roads and pathways outside on the way to the units have potholes and bumps galore so be very careful.”
