They are organized, efficient, knowledgeable, and welcoming. It is obvious they really enjoy what they do; from morning greetings at drop-off to pictures and videos posted on their Facebook page to their enthusiasm at pick-up, they are passionate about animals and it shows. My girl comes home happy and tired from the fun she has at The Home of Paws and that makes me a happy mom.”

The prices are really good especially for the java wood perches. I came in worried I would be criticized for asking questions and left happy I asked because they answered and surpassed my expectations!”

Thank God for Mike who helped me get him inside and also made sure we were safe and did not lose him into the parking lot as he tried to make his great escape. Mike went above and beyond to help all the while taking care of other customers. Appreciate his help and the convenience of being able to wash our lap pony locally.”

“I had an appointment to get my cats nails trimmed with Hailey. Unfortunately when I got there I noticed his rabies vaccine was expired. I was able to go right to the vet services in the back of the store and get his rabies vaccine and they cut his nails. I could not believe how amazing both girls in the grooming area were. Then to be able to get right in with the vet was unbelievable! From the girl who checked us in to the bubbliest vet tech and an amazing Vet. I could go on and on with how impressed I was!! Definitely going back! Thank you so much for taking the best care of my Ollie!!”
“Appt time was at 8.00 am for delivery. But i checked in at 3.18 pm and trailer was empty at 4.10 pm. Clean Restroom available. Really nice lady in the shipping office.”

“The store was very clean and very busy, the aquatic team was very knowledgeable. However, The cardboard display of “desk pet” frogs and jumping spiders- is horrible. Those animals especially the frogs, require specific living conditions, to have them in a cardboard shipper by the check it is inhuman and will put them in care of individuals who do not know how to properly care for them out of impulse buys.”
“Not always the cheapest, but friendly and knowledgeable staff and a large selection generally makes up for it. Store is generally clean and well organized, and if there's something you can't find an associate can usually be found easily to help you out.”

“My wife said her neighbors son had purchased a puppy from the perfect puppy so she went online to see what they had she said they had a Burna doodle that was eight months old so I called up and went down to see it had lost my Schnauzer in July so I really wanted another puppy as soon as I walked through the front door this puppy jumped up and all you could see was her head right then I knew that was a Puppy I had to get I spoke with Keith he set the whole deal up Everything went very smooth. I took the puppy to the vet. It checked out to be really healthy there was one problem she had giardia she was treated and tested and cleared I then sent the bill to the perfect puppy and they sent me a check in 2 weeks there policy was if in 2 weeks of purchase there a problem they Will reimburse you they kept their word It was a pleasure dealing with Keith at the perfect Puppy and if anyone is interested, I suggest they check it out l read there reviews some good some bad but every puppy needs a home so if you’re interested I suggest you go there and make up your own mind I couldn’t have gotten a better puppy”
