“Wow, what a place! I had an issue with some aquarium hardware that I did not buy from Uncle Ned's Fish Factory. The manufacturer suggested going to an authorized dealer to diagnose the issue. I spoke to the owner, and he was helpful, understanding and extremely generous with his time and expertise! They have lots of cool fish species available for sale, and the customer service is top shelf! Thank you, guys!”

“I had come into Rumford looking for a particular type of litter I was asked to get by my vet so they could do some tests on my cat. After speaking with the employee at the register and going through the aisle together, it seemed they sadly didn't have what I was looking for. However, they were very knowledgeable and offered me a couple alternatives they used with their on pet that I could try instead to basically get the results I was looking for. I am delighted to say it worked perfectly and I am very thankful for the employee's help! I really wish I had decided to take the receipt so I could name the person who helped me out in this review but instead, I'll just say: thank you to the sweet young person with glasses working Monday evening that helped me over by the litter!I will definitely be coming back for the amazing selection, great prices, and wonderfully sweet staff.”

“Signed my new pup Rocky and myself up for six sessions of group training ($129 total), which ended up being private sessions as we were the only ones to sign up this go around! Leigh was our trainer. She was knowledgeable, patient with me and Rocky, and understanding and compassionate about my anxiety regarding Rocky's on-leash reactivity (barking at people and dogs). We worked on several commands in the training room, which Rocky did great at. We also moved through the store practicing commands with distractions, and working on Rocky's reactivity. We had a great time, made great strides in just six sessions, and Rocky and I are even closer for training together. We will be continuing on with Leigh for intermediate training!”

“My mini poodles, Coffee and Choco without the late, ? have been going to Mansfield Petco since they were about 4 months old.
Liberty, one of the groomers, has been taking care of them since day one. She is incredibly sweet, very gentle, and always does an amazing job with their cuts. You can truly tell she loves poodles—it shows in the care and detail she puts into her work. I recommend her 100%!
Overall, the entire Mansfield Petco staff is wonderful—always kind, attentive, and helpful with customer of all type ??”

“Went in to buy a new fish tank and was helped by Emma. Not only did she know exactly what i needed but she even helped me choose a larger tank because i was unsure if id be adding more fish in the future. “Mark was answered all my questions and helped me find everything I needed. The lady at the register with the glasses gave me a nasty attitude when I told her something was priced incorrectly. Mark told her to give me the price the sticker said it was!! 5 stars for mark, -5 stars for the lady at the register.”
“I love this store for feed for my chickens to nuts and bolts for working on my truck I would recommend if you have never been it’s a must go I just went there recently to get a inner tube for my lawn tractor and there was just what I needed and then some . Awesome store for a do it yourself-er”
“My wife said her neighbors son had purchased a puppy from the perfect puppy so she went online to see what they had she said they had a Burna doodle that was eight months old so I called up and went down to see it had lost my Schnauzer in July so I really wanted another puppy as soon as I walked through the front door this puppy jumped up and all you could see was her head right then I knew that was a Puppy I had to get I spoke with Keith he set the whole deal up Everything went very smooth. I took the puppy to the vet. It checked out to be really healthy there was one problem she had giardia she was treated and tested and cleared I then sent the bill to the perfect puppy and they sent me a check in 2 weeks there policy was if in 2 weeks of purchase there a problem they Will reimburse you they kept their word It was a pleasure dealing with Keith at the perfect Puppy and if anyone is interested, I suggest they check it out l read there reviews some good some bad but every puppy needs a home so if you’re interested I suggest you go there and make up your own mind I couldn’t have gotten a better puppy”
