“First time customer. Kacey is a 12 year old Great Pyrenees/Border Collie mix. She has bad hips and has difficulty with stairs and jumping up. Margot & Ollie’s handled her with tender care and sent me this beautiful photo afterwards. Reasonably priced for my big girl who has a double coat. I will definitely be back!”
“We cannot say enough great things about this store. My boyfriend bought his first bird there when he was a child and brought me after we bought our own birds. The selection alone would draw any bird parent, as there's nothing of the size in this area. The owners are a dedicated family that have years of experience in bird care, and are always happy to discuss our pets care. Today we ordered items to be shipped to us this time instead of visiting the store. We were shocked when the owners dropped our order to our home themselves a few hours after, since they already were in the area, and as we are having car troubles we could not have appreciated it more! Not many businesses these days go above & beyond consistently and have such a great mission! We truly love supporting & shopping there. They are always respectful, friendly, and attentive to all customers. In addition they board birds, offer grooming sessions, and work with an Avian vet. If you have a bird and you love them, we recommend shopping here! There is also a wide variety of products for care of other pets in your family too, so give them a try!”

“This store was incredibly helpful when we were in a pickle a few weeks ago right before a trip! None of our usual pet stores in Boston had our cats' dry food in stock and the brand (Rawz) only ships through certain sites online, none of which would have delivered their food before our trip. I was able to find Happy Tails Market on the Rawz store list and was so pleasantly surprised to learn they could deliver to Boston as I was planning to spend a good chunk of the day driving out to the store. Our order was affordable, delivered promply, with delivery updates and a cute card and treat sampler! This store has officially gained another loyal customer!”

“We have a 200lb English Mastiff, who today decided he was too scared too enter the store. Thank God for Mike who helped me get him inside and also made sure we were safe and did not lose him into the parking lot as he tried to make his great escape. Mike went above and beyond to help all the while taking care of other customers. Appreciate his help and the convenience of being able to wash our lap pony locally.”

“We’ve been taking our dogs to Paws and Claws for over a year and they do fantastic with our two pups who are quite nervous with nail trims. Being able to go back with the dogs while they get their nails trimmed helps a lot, and Sidney in particular is really great with them!”

“Checked in at 3 for a 4am appointment was back out of there at 3:32. I would come back here anytime!! Stop at gate and walk back all the way past the dumpsters on the very end that’s where you check in.They do have a door that says receiving in the middle of building but it’s not for truckers.”
“Very good place to deliver. Don't get there before 6:00 a.m., however I was there at 7:00 a.m. for my 8:00 a.m. appointment and I left at 7:30. They were very nice people to deal with also .
As a driver I would take exit 20 off of 295 go south on Mendon Road and turn right on the Martin, they are on your right hand side about quarter mile down the road.”
“The store was very clean and very busy, the aquatic team was very knowledgeable. However, The cardboard display of “desk pet” frogs and jumping spiders- is horrible. Those animals especially the frogs, require specific living conditions, to have them in a cardboard shipper by the check it is inhuman and will put them in care of individuals who do not know how to properly care for them out of impulse buys.”
