“My BMW X3 needed a new headlight nearing the end of November. The X3 was due for inspection and my wife was starting a new job on December first.
Doug and the AER team agreed to replace the light bulb and do a vehicle maintenance inspection on a Friday afternoon— we were new customers.
They replaced the bulb and created a prioritized list of needed repairs before 2 m. The list included pictures of the X3’s components requiring repairs.
The List was well laid out and Doug suggested that we do the work piecemeal as there was a bit of work to do. This was excellent advice and has allowed us to plan and spread out the repairs in December and January!

“I was quoted 2k AT LEAST to replace a brake line from a supposedly reputable place. I bought my lil beat up jalopy for 2k. There was no way I could pretty much replace the whole bottom of my car. Hard enough to pay for food and rent. The only good thing this place did was recommend me to hill top auto. they fixed my car for what i needed for 200.The owners are AMAZING!!! “Had my 2010 Acadia in due to a coolant leak. Pat called later in the morning already having diagnosed the issue, indicating it needed a new water pump and quoted a very fair price. He had it done by end of day. While it was there I remembered a possible wheel bearing noise and asked it to be looked at. Pat and team road-tested it and said whether wheel bearing or differential, it was not critical at the time but if it got worse to bring it back. I appreciated the added effort (which he did not charge extra for…maybe other places would have) and honest opinion.
It had been a while since I had been to Pat’s and he once again was great to deal with. Lucky to have a close-by and honest repair shop. I would recommend anyone go see Pat. 100%.”

“Brought my vehicle down there twice for repairs. Both times I had no issues with their service. The first time I had them put in a condenser for my AC. They had to take out the dash board to do the job.when I picked up the vehicle it didn't even look like the dash board was removed and had ice cold air for the summer. Second time I had my fluids replaced in transfer case, rear axle and transmission fluid... No leaks.. they may be a bit pricey but they do excellent work.. thank you Grove St.”
