(Next to the Macys store) Kevin and Sean were incredibly helpful from start to finish and worked together seamlessly. Their exceptional service went above and beyond my expectations, truly making a difference in my day. I left as one of the happiest customers ever! Drove 2.5 hrs round trip , waited an hour in the store for them in 5 seconds to tell us it could not be done
Decided to go back to the Bellingham store, this time, was greeted by Jacob. We shared our situation. He kindly listened, explained, thought about a couple of things, explained in detail the steps we need to pass to be able to do what we wanted.
He is exceptionally knowledgeable , kind, and patient. He guided us with a positive attitude, and was able to achieve what we needed in about 20 minutes! What an asset to your company!! We are grateful that we didn’t give up after being pushed away from 4 other representatives from the Comcast company including a manager in the Connecticut store.

“Our switch over to Verizon was horrifyingly painful. Couldn’t get anyone on phone and chat bots were useless. Def think twice before you switch.
That being said, Christopher Roger’s at north Attleboro store was great ! Got all our phones up and running, was super patient with us. Thanks Mr Roger’s!
