“Had a tech problem whereas my phone was not able to receive incoming calls. The person that tried to help couldn't figure out what was causing it. He got everyone working involved to try to resolve the problem! They spent alot of time trying to resolve and came to the conclusion I needed to get a professional tech involved. They said call 611 on my phone and although I had a wait time even though I had the option of a call back. I had to wait as my phone blocked the call from processing. Not one but several team members got involved and the problem was finally resolved.Exceptional dedication by all involved!My phone problem was resolved.Thanks to everyone from T-Mobile's multiple staffs members who got involved.”

“The new password update on my Xfinity, Comcast mail, caused major issues with the email on my phone. After four hours and three Xfinity techs, I was still unable to send an email from my phone.I decided to try the Xfinity store on Boston Road in Springfield. It took 45 minutes to figure it out, but Bob was able to solve the problem. I wish I had gone to the store much earlier than I did. Thank you, Bob, for your great service. You deserve a raise.”

Never had any problems with the case managers and each one has been incredibly helpful going above and beyond to help me with applications, gathering resources and reaching out to the housing authorities directly to get updates and advocate on my behalf. Granted, all case workers, especially those in the housing sector are overwhelmed with the amount of people needing help with little infrastructure and state funding to help people. Be patient and proactive, things will fall into place eventually.”
“I wish I didn't have to go here, I tried over a dozen times calling support to change my plan and each time I was passed around then hung up on. Comcast has the worst customer service. I finally had enough and canceled my account after 32 years with them. I wish I had the time to go to the store when I was having the issue with customer service because Sarah was excellent. If they treated me on the phone the way I was treated in person I would still be a customer. You should only have to work with one person and be done just like at the store. Again, Sarah is a excellent customer representative. Thank you”
