“Had a phenomenal experience with Abdiel at this location after going to the Holyoke store to remove my husbands phone after his passing… the staff at the Holyoke store was rude and unprofessional. Had me sit there for an hour and told me the line would be cancelled and removed from my account and bill. It was never done! Unbelievable!!! So when I had to return to do phone trade ins, I went to West Springfield because I received excellent service in the past!!! They were kind and caring and made a difficult task less difficult!!! I have been an ATT customer for 20+ years because the service has always been excellent but the service in Holyoke was appalling compared to my experience at the Riverdale Road store on West Springfield,”

“My wife is a victim of identity theft. Her phone was hacked and her personal info was gone. Canceling the service was necessary for us to start over. We had terrible customer service with every rep we spoke to. Terrible!!
I drove over 100 miles to this branch. The associate Pavan took the time to discuss our situation and he stepped up and took control. This man is what real customer service should always be. Thank you Pavan?. You are a kind soul”

“Best Walmart around. Way better than the one in Hadley, like 1000 times better. Maybe smaller, but better. Less is more :) Bigger food selection and has a frozen food selection unlike Hadley Walmart. Very friendly staff. I live close to the Walmart in Hadley, but i drive out of my way to visit this store. I cringe if i have to go Hadley store. Only downside is they banned plastic bags in Noho so you're stuck with paper.”
