“I have had two great experiences at the Hingham store because Ron L. Is so good! He is knowledgeable, patient and so customer orientated. I will wait for Ron to be there should I have any more questions. Verizon has a treasure with Ron as an employee it is service like he provides that keeps customers coming back! I only hope Verizon recognizes the great employee they have and ensure they make Rn happy so he stays. Ron provides true customer service that is rare these days! Thank you’ll Ron!!”

“I have been a customer with Verizon Wireless for over 27 years. Last Friday I went into your store to get myself a new Samsung 26 standard phone. Justin was helpful and patient with my questions on protective covers. He orders me the phone color I wanted and put away the accessories I wanted. He helped me to lower my high plan and told me he would call me when my phone arrived. Not even two minutes after a text from UPS that my phone was delivered, Justin called me in to setup my phone with the screen protector and transfer of a lot of items. Justin is patient and knowledgeable, I would definitely go back to him for a new phone in the future.”

“Great service and great rates. Don't go and pay high prices at any cell phone retailer, Mass Mobile Solutions will have the better deal. I have purchased a note 5, note 8, iphone10 max and a mac book pro. They will offer cash for your old phone. They also have a repair service for phones and computers/laptops. I have been shopping there since the note 5 came out. And I am not the most tech savvy and they have answered any questions I have had.”

“Love Lisa and Val. Its like walking into my house when my kids and I go into the store. I chat with them, they give me a hard time (with love), listen to me complain and are so sweet to my kids. Everyone in town knows these ladies and loves them!! The store also has continuous good deals on snacks my kids enjoy, but its the friendliness that keeps me coming back.”
