“Cannot recommend Rich enough. After my accident I was devastated to lose my car and weary to find a suitable replacement. After finding an exact match to my old car here Rich was patient and kind enough to speak to not only myself but my father and my boyfriend to ease any worries and give as much information as possible. He was considerate and helpful about the process of getting the car back into my state and even offered to have it driven half way to meet us and came in early on days off to help the process. You are in good hands with him. He also recommended a great ice cream place to us after the long drive. Thank you Rich!”

“Paul's Collision and Repair is listed as an MAPFRE insurance CAR EZ partner for collision / body repair, and was closest to me, so I used their shop to have some recent body work done on my 2010 Honda Civic. Terri and Alexis, the mother and daughter owners (RIP, Paul <3) were just so, so wonderful to work with. They know auto body inside and out, and were incredibly helpful through the entire repair, and insurance/rental car, process. They helped set up the rental, and even picked me up/dropped me off at home (pretty close by, but it was raining!). Not only that, but they also were really fun to chat with about all things auto repair, as I waited for the rental in their little lobby. I would highly recommend them for a quality, and very quick, job well done. :]”

We thought the noise my car was making was the brakes but after dropping it off they called and said the brakes are still good and don't need replacing yet.
The noise was faint and the mechanic even drove around with me to try to hear it and give their opinion on what it could be. They said to return if the noise comes back but it's such a relief to not be charged for a service that wasn't needed yet.
Highly recommend these guys to anyone needing a shop in the area!”

“Ironically I didn't have any work done, but am extremely impressed with their honesty and integrity. My Audi dealer said that I had a leaking hydraulic motor mount. Jarmo's estimate was half of what Audi quoted me, so I brought my car in. I got a call shortly thereafter telling me that it was perfectly fine and didn't need replaced, and that I could pick it up. I will be bringing all 3 of my vehicles there for any future service!”

“Made an appointment for a Wednesday morning, they got the car right in, called and gave me an estimate for wheel bearing and brakes about 45 minutes later. They also provided info about other things the car might need in the future so I could decide if the repair was worth it and that it was too involved to be all done that day. Told them I needed the car for the weekend and had it back by the afternoon on Friday. Great communication, clearly take pride in their work and use quality parts.”

“Honesty matters! Integrity matters! Brought my vehicle in to do some safety repairs after a failed inspection. One item failed for was brakes-which I truly didn’t think I needed brakes, and Guaranty Auto confirmed that. They could have easily said I needed brakes and charged me for those. If you want honestly-Guaranty Auto is your place!”
“The guys that work at this place are the best. I was driving down from NH to Western Mass and my muffler decided to become completely disconnected from the resonator right in the middle of the drive. Miles from home, the main mechanic here saw my situation and replaced both my resonator and my muffler in less than an hour and a half for a little over $800. (Tax included.) This guy is clearly honest, and if I didn’t live so far away from him, I’d probably go to him every time I needed work on my car.”

There is a credit processing fee if you do not pay cash, but it is minimal (something like 3%, which is what credit card companies charge him to accept the card in the first place) and every other place is doing that too, just not telling you (and pocketing the extra if you pay cash!), so his honesty is welcome.”
