“I had the pleasure of becoming a friend Osama. He he now owns a upstairs store in the Eastern part of the state. A GREAT man as is evident as most of his employees have been working there for years. Which tells you something right there. Staff is more than friendly. A great convenience store!!”

“Banging pancakes and potatoes. Friendly waitress and a good atmosphere. My only warning is don't underestimate the size of portions because this was enough food to feed two. Will hit up next time I'm in town.”

“Randy did an amazing job washing our car before it even went into the auto-wash. He was very professional, hard working, his attention to detail and car knowledge was noticeable, and he should be tasked with teaching others about excellent customer service!”

“not the biggest and most modern Cumbys out there but always a quick in & out and the employees are friendly. I wish they had more of a variety of hot food made more often like the other locations do.”

“I found my very favorite place to get gas & great coffee!!!The customer service is the best. The gas is cheaper, the store is really clean & almost anything that you want or need from a local store.Joe, the man in charge of this 7-ll didn't go the extra mile for me today instead he went a hundred miles for me. Thank you for being so incredibly awesome to your customers. If you need gas or anything from the store do yourself a favor & stop into Joe's Easthampton, MA 7-11.”

“Absolutely the best pharmacy staff we have ever encountered. If we have questions the pharmacist always takes the time to explain things in a friendly and compassionate manner. The staff remembers who we are and it makes all the difference in the world. Love this pharmacy and wouldn't go anywhere else!”

“Good coffee, just a little bit off from the other Cumby's I've been to though. Easy in and easy out with ample parking. The employees are all friendly and courteous. First time I've ever seen all the sugar packets aligned neatly in rows. She said she gets bored sometimes. 8)”

“I've always been a fan of Cumberland Farms; growing up, I had one right on my block. It was founded in 1938, in Cumberland, RI as a dairy farm and expanded to Massachusetts. The first store opened in the 1950s, in Bellingham, Massachuseets. There are currently 575 stores located in Connecticut, Florida, Massachusetts, Maine, New York, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont. I've enjoyed them in RI, FL, and now CT.

We stopped at this location on our road trip to New Hampshire. Gas was comparable to other stations but we were there for the snacks. I love the chips, desserts, drinks, coffee, etc. it's definitely a one stop shop convenience store. The place was large, clean, and organized.”

“I Love ? every Cumberland farms stores they have the best coffee and anything else u could need especially if it is a super cumby's they had the best price on coffee til they fffed it up like they are hurting for money 1.05 that is what the franchise advertised for ever and I think ? the commercial's said .99 cents any size at your Cumberland farms store location near you I mean really your hurting that bad you had no choice but to raise the coffee price by .29 cents how petty especially with everything ??? going threw the room but on thing I always looked forward to was my .99 cents coffee and I know I'm not the only person who feels this way ????”

“Google hasn't updated their new store number, so please suggest edits to Google so we can get it fixed.Great cumby's with mostly great people. Some inherited problems, but hey that's life.Store is clean, but I'll admit that has more to do with customers wiping up their small spills rather than leaving it for the employees.Gets busy in the morning, and around when school gets out, so plan accordingly.”

“I am grateful for the above and beyond customer service provided today by two pharmacists. Jessica showed real concern over an issue I was having with another pharmacy (not CVS) and later the gentleman I spoke with happily provided me with two medicine cups N/C. (And after the day I was having, this was a big deal.) After this experience, as compared with the abysmal customer service provided by my own pharmacy, I am changing to CVS pharmacy and specifically this store. Btw, I also love shopping at this CVS store in general!”

“Well I have no idea what the previous prissy people have up their patookie we have great luck here. My wife and I take our daughters and they report the bathrooms are very clean. A little pricy but whatever. Good snacks. Nice people work there. I like it.”

“Cumberland Farms is the only convenience store at which I choose to stop. Staff is always professional and the stores are usually very clean. They have had some problems keeping their fountain drinks stocked but other than that I have no complaints. I know exactly what I want and where to get it. A wait in line is not infrequent at the busiest locations, but fortunately there is usually help nearby to open up another register.”

“Recently I needed help with a phone issue. Three of the staff at the N'ton Walgreen store assisted me. They were each so kind, professional and gracious, I couldn't praise them enough. It restored my faith in human beings.”
