“I’ve brought my dog Sherlock in a few times for a bath and nail trim. Last time we got a call “do you like the grinch toes or should I trim those?” (referring to our dog’s fur on his feet). We kept the “grinch” toes and both Sherlock and we were happy about it!Also they have a great supply of dog treats (and catnip toys that I supply to my in-law’s cat out in Bolton).”
“Got a beautiful budgie there. It was worth the 45min drive from Burlington. The birds are well cared for and you can tell the owners treat them with love. They are kept in small groups in spacious cages in a dedicated room, not like the big box stores where there's 20 budgies together and where it's hard to tell if they are healthy. The birds at Pet world looked happy and alert. The store has lots of character with a wide variety of creatures, a really lovely place. Would highly recommend it!”

“I had an appointment to get my cats nails trimmed with Hailey. Unfortunately when I got there I noticed his rabies vaccine was expired. I was able to go right to the vet services in the back of the store and get his rabies vaccine and they cut his nails. I could not believe how amazing both girls in the grooming area were. Then to be able to get right in with the vet was unbelievable! From the girl who checked us in to the bubbliest vet tech and an amazing Vet. I could go on and on with how impressed I was!! Definitely going back! Thank you so much for taking the best care of my Ollie!!”
“My stepdad and I brought his blind and deaf pug Finnlee to this store, we were able to set up a private shopping session for him since he gets scared around other dogs. Danielle opened the store early for us so Finn could have the store to himself, we all had an amazing experience! She was incredibly respectful of his space and his disabilities, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!”
“As always we had a wonderful experience at the Petco Grooming Salon in Hingham! Emily is Thor’s groomer (our 5 year old Great Pyrenees) and she always does a fantastic & beautiful job with him! Emily has been Thor’s groomer for his whole life! The grooming staff couldn’t be friendlier to us and they all show so much love and kindness towards Thor as well! We love going here and Thor looks forward to his monthly grooming with Emily and the hugs and attention that he receives from the grooming staff! Thank you, ladies for a great experience once again! “The best pet store! I used to go to loyal companion before they closed and only Pooped Pooch carried the things I wanted. They are extremely helpful and will get you whatever you need. I recently switched stores because I moved (Savin hill to Asmont) and they made sure to have what I used to order in both stores. They also have deals on certain brands of dog food. Toy organization could be better. 10/10!”
“The Avon location is one of my favorites! My dog absolutely loves all the technicians. They are all so gentle and loving to the animals. It’s the small things that count and they get it.”
“This is such a wonderful shelter. First of all, it is clean! There is no smell. Second, the cats roam free in this big room with windows to the outside and transparent walls to the inside. You would expect all the cats to run to the door when you walk in, begging to be brought home. But instead, they were all very content, lounging in their own cat tree beds and looking out the window. You can tell they are well fed, played with, and cared for. My cat that I adopted had to have his own room, but he got a lot of attention from volunteers who hung out and played with him to make sure he wasn't lonely. They sent us home with a bag of his favorite toys and some food. My poor cat spent 2 months in the shelter before we found him, but I'm SO glad it was this shelter, because he was very well-loved.”

“ve this store. Attentive and knowledgeable workers! My favorite Petco location. I live all the way in Roxbury now but still make the drive to Quincy because its so far unmatchable. My only request- PLEASE OWNER, I am handicapped due to brain cancer. Its left me with a diagnosis of chronic hemi-pariesis Im 28 yrs old and do my errands alone, this locations ELEVATOR was such a huge help for me since I started coming to this store in 2021.. I buy so much and having to ask for help to bring my things up the 4 flights of stairs the pasy year has been a little embarrassing and often leaves me not wanting to stroll around the store like I used too, but I miss doing it... Please can we get the elevator repaired for us handicapped folks? I would be very grateful and I bet the workers would too ? Thank you so much!”

“The staff at this Pet Smart are so helpful! I need specific prescription food for my pup, and called in advance to make sure they had it on hand. The employee went to check for me to confirm. Then when I got to the store, an employee saw that I looked lost, and he immediately stopped what he was doing to help me find the food. So appreciate friendly helpful employees!”

“If you are purchasing something from this Particular Tractor Supply online call first because their inventory is Off!
The first time this happened I saw an item showing 4 in stock online, paid for item, go to pick it up, none in stock! After that I called on two separate occasions both times showing in stock online but not in stock in actuality.
I had to edit this review because once again, online showing CO2 cartridges and a BB pistol in stock but both items are actually not in stock. The lady on the phone actually said to me, sometimes it takes time for when items come in for the inventory to yada yada yada! everybody out there who are going to say it's COVID-19 blah blah, this has been going on long before COVID-19.”
