“Dont usually shop here but needed a few things since AC Moore closed. The manager was very rude and ignored the kind cashier man multiple times when is the customers needed help. She ignored his call three times over the com but was only two registers away chit chatting with another coworker. When our cashier finally called her name she rolled her eyes and came over with a very poor attitude. I understand customer service is a hard job but to ignore your coworkers and the customers, that’s bad business. So I stand firm on not returning.”

“I just purchased a mattress on line from Fly by Night at the recommendation of my physical therapist because of a recent diagnosis of sciattica. I had no idea what I was doing and was completely guided by this company with such kindness and expertise. From the first phone call just asking questions to my first night of restful sleep it was a pleasant experience. The product (Alpine interactive coil) and the customer service exceeded all expectations. We need more businesses like this in America.”
“Stopped in to a last-minute dress for dinner with my in-laws. Came across A few eye catching pieces. First off, let’s talk about the dress. It’s perfect for today’s weather. It’s the end of May in New England A tad bit chilly tomorrow will be record-breaking cold for the time of year. It just rained showered with possibility to continue light rain showers throughout the night. This dress falls about an inch and a half off the floor, making it perfect to wear a no heel shoe and also put leggings underneath without seeing that. I have black leggings on. There’s a nice little stretch in the material. They definitely do not make clothing like this anymore. This dress fits like a glove. It’s amazing. Matched it with this sterling necklace really cute. I love the design on how it’s not a free swinging pendant. Each link is built into each other and last, but not least check out this purse. I am a fan of different shaped purses cool clasps In this one is pretty damn cool. I love how the print on the inside is a lot different from outside. Reminds me of Robert Graham. If he was in the antique era. The store is definitely a gem I never have an issue finding something especially last minute check out what they have and don’t forget to look up down and all around!!!!”

“I was looking for a surprise floral arrangement for my wife's birthday. She had grown tired of the old arrangement that sat in our front hallway in front of the stained glass windows. I happened to find Michele at Willow Barn Designs and realized that she had a collection of unique pottery and flowers. I chose a vase and then sent her a picture of the desired setting. She made up a beautiful and unique design (see attached picture) which picked up on all of the surrounding colors and elements. The arrangement was exceptional and filled the space with color and visual impact. My wife loved it immediately and even more so when we placed it in the spot in the front hallway. I enjoyed my interactions with Michele and look forward to future visits.”

“I really like this shop. I do a lot of window browsing because it is on the pricey side, but all of the items are quality and quirky, when I have a little extra I don't mind spending it here. There are many unique gift options (especially for those in your life who love animals and have an off-beat sense of humor). Great location on Main Street, I sometimes pop in here while I am waiting for a table at Jake's. Some of my favorite pairs of silly socks and cute greeting cards have come from this shop.”

“I’ve gotten furniture from many places around this area and I gotta be honest this place was by far the most stand up place to do business with. The sale man Danny was amazing and showed great customer service. He promised me delivery on time and made sure that the delivery was delivered to me on time. When I wanted to change the bed I purchased Danny took into consideration and changed my mattress with no issue. Now that’s what you call good business and keeping your customers happy. Overall my experience at this place was a great and I most certainly will be coming back to get my kitchen table . They have all kinds of beautiful furniture here I would recommend people to shop here .”
