βI had been in the store when this woman came in. I have been coming to the store for a while. It is a beautiful family owned business . The young girl was assisting a customer and a woman started getting aggressive about the prices, as she needed to print something for an amazon box. She took up the whole counter. When the girl tried to tell her that she could tape it this time and next time to tape it she stormed out of the store. I feel really bad that they have to go through this treatment. Truly a great family owned business. Always go above and beyond!β
βVery busy location but somehow the staff are always polite and efficient even in the face of some very unpleasant customers. Iβve returned dozens of items to Amazon at this location.β

βI had such a great experience at this UPS location thanks to one of the employees! As I was struggling to carry two large boxes into the store, he noticed right away and came outside to help me bring them in, without me even having to ask. He was kind, efficient, and handled my return quickly, making the whole process so much easier. It's rare to come across that level of attentiveness and customer service. Thank you so much!β
βThese folks helped me after an awful start to my day! They helped me box my item for an amazon return and helped me when stuck at printing. Please recognize their hard work and care to help their customers. I live farther away so I won't be back any time soon. Im really grateful for the crew. 10 stars!β
βA package was routed to this location and I had to pick it up for a family member. Unfortunately there was an issue with the way it was labeled so it looked like I wouldnβt be able to receive it, but the staff and management team here helped me work through the logistics of getting it. They take fraud protection here very seriously, which we appreciated, and they checked my identification against their system and connected with the recipient of the package to ensure they could release it to me. While it took a few moments to process, we certainly would rather have them air on the side of caution. Overall, a good experience with professional staff.β
βI had a great experience shipping a package to Ukraine for the first time at this Meest location. The website linked in the Google map description had helpful info on phone number to call to make an appointment. I recommend that if itβs your first time. The gentleman inside was incredibly helpful and patient, and guided me through the process of registering online and filling out the customs form. We are hopeful the package arrives fine, and if it does we definitely will be using them again! The ship time via air was estimated 10-14 days and I found the pricing reasonable.Itβs a little hard to find if you havenβt been there before, as the entrance is around the back of the shopping plaza and there was no signage on the street level. But if you go in the plaza, there is a sign for 45 R that points to the driveway around back, thereβs a Ukrainian flag outside the door βΊοΈβ
βRon from Print & Marketing Services was incredibly helpful and kind. Iβve ordered print and marketing materials from this location several times, and the quality is always outstanding. The staff is consistently friendly and supportive. Highly recommend!β
βI recently needed a document notarized and stopped by the Revere Business Center. What a pleasant surprise, not only was I able to easily park but I was able to get everything done quickly and easily. While I was there, I also noticed the large format printer and other things that will make my production needs easier in the future - the owner Osman is a very nice guy who is clearly a self-made guy who brings a lot to the table and our community, I'll support that any day - thanks!!!!β
βWow! I am visiting my sister here and just mailed out 3 posts. Vin the clerk pick up a mistake on a zipcode I have been using from Thailand for a year. He check the zipcode I had 3 times and mine was wrong. Great service and no wait. Easy peasy in and out. Thank you Vin!β

βA difficult location to get to, but extremely appreciate the help I received from Anastasia today! She was super friendly, kind and efficient! She called me when my package was delivered and gave me instructions on how to get to the facility so that I could assist my Uber. Once I was there she helped me with my package and return and made it a quick and easy trip. Huge shoutout to her she rocks!β
βI was calling around looking for a notary. The person I spoke to at this location let me know that fedex doesnβt have on-site notaries but they do have an online service. It took minutes and was painless! Thank you!β
βThe staffs are always helpful and friendly. And they remember you. It feels like a tight neighborhood post office vibe which some times can be hard to find elsewhere. Parking can be tricky though.β
βI like this Staples location.It's convenient and has more than you might realize.It's a UPS drop off spot so I have been using that to return Amazon packages lately.They recently set up a 2 aisle kids area with educational games and some crafts. Much less crowded place to grab a kid gift than a toy store.The copy center is great if you can speak to a staffer in the store.I've had some issues of online print shop orders not getting to the store correctly.Got my new years postcards printed through Staples with no problems.Love the clearance shelves.The office supplies are a little higher priced than our online overlord that starts with an A but it's convenient to see what you need to look at sizing and to take it home that day.Didn't think I would be reviewing a Staples but they're great.β
βWent there for passport photos. The associate was friendly knowledgeable and took a few pictures so we could pick the one we liked the best. I had my 2 year old take his picture as well and it was painless. He wanted to take more pictures. The associate also made sure our pictures would be accepted. I would def recommend going here for passport photos. In this day and age when customer service is lacking itβs good to see a store keeping their standards up.β
βWe had a dog shipped from Texas. When she came to us, she was happy and healthy. She was completely clean and everything. The people that were so polite and pleasant. They also helped us get her into her vehicle with no problems. I would recommend them to anyone.β
βThe guy that helped me out was extremely helpful and patient with everyone I saw on line. It's crazy to me that they'd hire someone for a government job that can only half a day a week and they seemed incredibly understaffed. Its only because the higher ups won't hire proper staff for him. It's crazy what even the government gets away with. I hope he gets more staff soon that doesn't work on a selfish timeline. hopefully someone will see all these horrible reviews about her and they'll finally get the hint. Time for a staffing change.β
