“phlebotomist was lovely - super quick, painless, i told her i was a fainter and she kept me distracted during the blood draw (and was so warm and kind also!!). they’re also really transparent about what your insurance will cover and what you could potentially be on the hook to pay.the low reviews (i’m not sure any quest is going to have good reviews given the nature of what they do lol) made me anxious, but the whole experience was great. you know, considering what it is ?”
“Quick, painless experience. I arrived a few minutes late to a scheduled appointment, checked in, and was seen less than five minutes later. The technician was friendly and helpful. I am a sissy when it comes to needles but she stuck me very well with minimal discomfort and got through the myriad samples my provider requested very quickly. Overall I was in and out in less than ten minutes. Location is convenient: if you park in the lot in the eastern side of the building and enter the side door at the top of the stairs the lab is just inside the door. The waiting room is small but there are 5-6 seats and the place is tidy and clean.”

“Great Quest location, the woman who works here is very nice and good at drawing blood, even for small hard-to-find veins. You can make an appt or do a walk-in, just register with the tablet in the office. For walk-ins there's an option to wait in your car or the lobby and get a text when it's your time for the appt which is a good feature.”
“I had a great experience this morning at Quest Diagnostics in Quincy. The experienced staff there are extremely knowledgeable, professional, accommodating and helpful, especially around the technical check-in and scheduling aspects. That Lab is obviously busy, but having that level of experience in the Nursing Staff is key, especially with the general public, which is not the easiest to deal with. Thank you again for the nice Customer experience! Anywho, Happy Holidays!”

“I have now been to this location twice and had a good experience both times. The employees were friendly, the office is clean, and I was in and out within 10 minutes. If you follow the signs it is very easy to find. Some reviews mention that there is no where to park or it is valet parking only, this is not true. There is a large garage across the street and it is free if you are parked for less than 1 hour or $5 if you're there over an hour.”

“Yes, this lab is only for Fenway Health patients. I have used this location for many years and the team is always great. I know there might be a wait, so I plan accordingly. When I go over to Fenway, it's usually for multiple things so I just incorporate lab work into what I'm already doing. Besides, if it's a long wait, there's a Target right across the street!”
