“I met with Sam Einzig the Financial Advisor at the Springfield branch inside the Rehabilitation Center at the Mercy Hospital for the first time and I felt secure and comfortable talking finances with him. He is extremely personable and he made me feel like he truly cares, because he does. He gave me realistic numbers, a To Do List to work on, and a time frame as to when these small tasks need to be completed. I will definitely recommend. It was an Amazing experience!!!!”
“I was so glad they opened a branch in Springfield. The people are helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I love Florence Savings for many reasons, but one of the top perks is they cover the costs of other ATMs if you use your card for a few purchases and online payments each month, which I do anyway. So, if I can't get to a FSB ATM, FSB will reimburse the cost of using a direct one. That is a huge plus to me.”

She also explained a payment code to me so I could check my receipt the next time I made a payment. Just another great experience at this particular branch.”

“We bought landscaping rocks a few times from Chenier’s over the last 2-3 years and they have always been great. Friendly, and worked with us and advised us on what’s the best option for our needs. Delivery guys always worked with us to dump the rocks exactly where we wanted them. And the price was always the best in the area for us, not only for rocks but also for sand. Now we don’t search anymore when we need something, we already know that Chenier is our best option.”

“I have had the pleasure of working with Jordan these past few weeks when I use the Drive Thru service at Florence in Belchertown. Each and every time, I have had some small quirky “issue”. At least four times, I pull up and sheepishly say .. it’s me again. Yesterday it happened again. “would have been a 5 star however , i walked in without an appointment and was seen right away. i needed to have some paperwork notarize and everything went great, so i thought and when i got home i found out that the notary never embossed the INPORTANT documents ,very embarrassing when i get the call about do it again... so documents are on hold till i find a notary that NOTARIZE documents. 4 is a gift. well i stand corrected it will change to a 5 star bcuz im Mass the notory stamp is valid as much as an emboss.”
