“In this era where customer service is all but dead, I wanted to note that Licia Van Steenburgh (current Branch Manager), did a great job of resolving my issue (despite me being a tough customer) quickly and efficiently. She also took it upon herself to follow up the next day with a call and a proactive reversal of an erroneous charge on my acct, she save me the call or trip to the bank, and made me glad to know that there is still good customer service if you are lucky enough to deal with Licia (or likely others at her branch). There is one loan officer that I work with and he specifically does an excellent job. Banks aren’t always the most enjoyable places to visit, so I really appreciated her support and excellent service this morning.”

“I always have been happy with the services provided at the Enfield and Windsor Locks branch .
As I've been going to Enfield have been a customer of for 28 years, 1st I remember Peter was there and then Nancy whom took over the new facility in Enfield , I've been very happy with the services.
Today I had multiple things that needed to be taken care of including a new card.
Giavanna helped me today to reset my card, and my online services.
And previously (I wish I could remember the teller's name)was helpful in providing me bank statements.
I've always been pleased with their services.

I'm good with all the bank services except for the 37 dollar fee for an overdraft if you don't have the protection and there are good reasons not to have it..other than that..the people alone are worth it! In a world where customer service is severely lacking they make up for it!!”

“I have had the pleasure of working with Jordan these past few weeks when I use the Drive Thru service at Florence in Belchertown. Each and every time, I have had some small quirky “issue”. At least four times, I pull up and sheepishly say .. it’s me again. Yesterday it happened again. None of the issues were the fault of the bank.Jordan greets me with a huge smile and ALWAYS makes me feel like it’s okay. She corrects whatever I need done and supports me throughout.
