“I bought 2 expensive ebikes on Amazon and was weary after I put them together. I figured I would go to a bike shop to have them "serviced" to ensure safety. I brought them to a bike shop in East Longmeadow, but they would not even look at them since I did not purchase from them. They did recommend this shop. I was more than impressed! Highland did not hesitate to service them and ensure they were safe in every way. They adjusted the brakes, realigned the tires, ensured the stability...etc. My nephew knew things were not stable and secure even though we had tightened screws ourselves. So we are so thankful for their help and will go back for any maintenance in the future! Their price was so reasonable and turnaround was less than 48 hours!”

Walking through this places really gets your brain working on potential projects. Great variety of flooring choices. Seems really easy to get a project going. Easy store layout with flooring samples to take. Check it out first, before going to the big box stores.”

“Big thanks to the hardware staff for assisting in my needs in finding hardware to hang my antique hanging lamp. Had to make a trip back because there was one piece both the staff and I didn't consider, but otherwise a successful visit. Purchased some Carhart work pants too which in my opinion are overpriced but not the stores fault. They also have iron out which is helpful when cleaning my rocks and minerals. Didn't purchase any today but it's nice knowing I can come here for certain items of need and knowing that it is in stock.”

“I had purchased a Tuff Shed this summer through Home Depot. It is time to insulate it and finish it out. While all stores have the fiberglass R13 insulation for the 16”OC 2x4 walls, none have the insulation for the 24”OC 2x4 roofs. Olivia at the service desk was very helpful today tracking down answers for my question about product availability. I came in during my lunch break and some of my questions about installation and possible alternatives could not be answered by the staff on hand. I provided my name and number to Olivia and she relayed it to Randy who called me back within the hour. Randy answer all of my questions and came up with some available and cost effective alternative ideas working around the current shortage in fiberglass shortage”
