“Chose this agency because I had good experiences with Enterprise before and because it did have good reviews. Plus I needed to rent downtown (not airport) for various reasons. Five stars, as staff was very friendly and helpful. First problem was pickup time / parking. They directed me to a suitable parking lot nearby, so I could pick up the car during their business hours, park it a block over, and drive off the next morning before they opened.Upon returning the car, they even drove us to the nearby subway station, so we didn't have to drag our suitcases a quarter mile over the pavement.Else? Well - upon start the first morning, warning sign "coolant". Rather annoying when you plan to leave on your trip. After some research in the handbook, we located the coolant container and in fact, there was a bit of liquid missing - about a cup, which we replaced with water. Overall, we could have done without this kind of excitement. When we returned the car, the manager on duty was very concerned and promised a 5% rebate on our fees - but so far (one month later), this never happened. An according e-mail remained un-answered (for two weeks now).So? Yes, the average 4.4 as of writing this review is correct. Good and friendly service, ready to do a little more than just required, but don't believe everything they are saying...”

“Lost my car (2011 Equinox) in an accident, Called Enterprise on 11/27 around noontime.Ordered a compact rental for 1 week, Enterprise picked me up at12:30 pm. They didn't have any compact cars, so I was given a free upgrade to a new 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe ! Beautiful car, clean with a full tank of gas. Used the rental for Used Car shopping... Returned the Rental ~ 12 noon on Friday 12/1.Only was charged for 4 days, so the $$ was credited back to me.Very friendly staff, helpful and a GREAT RENTAL experience !”

“April2023:5: I would recommend this Ford repair service center.I found this Ford repair and service location as a result of searching for a place to take my father's Ford vehicle for recall services and a check up that he has apparently neglected for over a year. The indicated directions were fairly accurate for me to arrive without getting lost in the nearby city areas. This service center is adjacent to a big box warehouse department and grocery store. The blue signage is fairly visible from the street when approaching the center. There is one handicap parking spot in front of the door opposite the street you enter the service center. There are also general parking spots across from the entrance to the service center available. Upon entering the front doors, the counter is directly in front of you. The rental car window is to the right and the waiting area is to the left. There are separate male and female restrooms at this location. I found that the restroom was clean and without any offensive smell. The workers inside were efficient and properly documented the vehicle correctly to ensure that the correct services were completed. I was able to get a rental vehicle for the duration of my vehicle repair.”

Billy gave me a great price on my trade and Chris delivered the car in perfect condition. “Five HUGE stars for Enterprise in Lexington! I may preface this by saying that I was definitely born in the wrong century in that I despise BEING FORCED to use computers/apps for every transaction nowadays. It is a true godsend to do anything these days without it turning into a major stress event involving ill-programmed websites/computers/passwords, absence of human communication/interaction, customer set-ups designed solely for the business-owner advantage, automated telephonic nonsense, computer-cryptic hidden fees, etc. Here's the story: My car croaked and I needed to rent a car. In fear of what I have described above, I boldly decided to risk it and simply just walk down to Enterprise at opening time to see about renting a car. I was stressed already and anticipating "the usual" like being told "you have to book this on-line" and/or "you need a user ID to access a new account" and similar such nonsense. Instead, I was welcomed by a very pleasant lady (Abigail) who was well spoken. She clearly stated the rental information and answered any questions I had. She booked a car to fit my needs and the price was clear and all info was up front. Before I knew it, I was led over to my car, and I was driving off on my merry way all within 10 minutes or less of my arrival. I literally left with a smile and low-than-ever cortisol levels. At the end of the week, I called Enterprise and spoke to Richard on the phone, and I informed him that I needed a week-long rental extension and he set it up via phone in seconds. He was very helpful and pleasant and a good communicator. It later turned out that my own car was now repaired, and I didn't need the rental extension after all. I called Enterprise and Richard answered. I informed him of my situation and said to "just return the car when you like and everything will be all set." The return process was a snap. Everything was lickety-split and totally "user friendly" and all info was clearly and concisely presented. Best of all, everything was accomplished without my ever having to touch a computer -not even once. No run-around, no confusion, no hidden fees, real people, etc. Old school and I'm lovin' it! Thank you, Enterprise!”
