“Very well run and the staff is super attentive. They have a fantastic compounding department that is invaluable to our family, as our son cannot take medicine in pill form. They have very attentive and generous with their time if you have questions or concerns. Nice to have an almost throwback to a mom and pop business be both here and thriving.”

“I’ve been getting my prescriptions here since I was a child in the 1970’s! Even when I lived in another town, I came back through Concord to get my prescriptions here. Always the best service, knowledge and care. First, with Bob Carr and Nancy on the corner of Main Street and Walden Street- Bob and Nancy were like family and Bob helped us find our son’s best pediatrician ?? forever grateful. Then so many wonderful years with Diane and we love love that her voice lives on with the after hours answering machine! Now the latest team is just as amazing! Independent pharmacies are the only way to go! Forever grateful for all you do!”
“Their staff does a great job, they are helpful and those who work there are very pleasant. I love this pharmacy, they also do home delivery for free. The only thing I do not like are their shorter hours of operation. They close at 7 pm Monday to Friday, Saturday they close early afternoon and Sunday closed. I use to prefer a 24/7 pharmacy but find the majority of staff working at larger commercial chain drug store/ pharmacy are inexperienced due to the frequent turnover and rentention of staff, leading to poor customer service and incompetence of inexperienced staff.”
“My go-to. Place is so welcoming and really puts a standard on how much a dispensary should try to be a good dispensary. My favorite. Central Harvest Morocokin Kush is straight FIRE. The people there are really chill and understanding and arent offset by any inquisitiveness. I love them. They also offer accessories for vaping, water pipes and hand pipes, hemp wick, etc. They are so cool.”

They gave me free COVid test kits when I did not know I was eligible They replaced some syringes that were too big. They provided my COVid booster. Stand up place all around And I love the Pug and Frenchie!”
“Although I had a frustrating experience with Insurance issues covering a vaccine, I couldn’t have had better help from a pharmacist name Ann, who was so pleasant, polite, persistent, and patient while finally succeeding in getting proper coverage for my vaccine. “Not a regular customer of this location, but I transferred a prescription here when it was out at my usual pharmacy and the staff I spoke with on the phone across several calls (don't remember names sadly) were very helpful and accommodating in what is generally a pretty tricky process. Other than some longer phone hold times (almost certainly a symptom of being understaffed, as many chain pharmacies tend to be) I had a very positive experience with a reasonably quick turnaround time. 5 stars may be somewhat generous (I'd probably say 4-4.5), but pharmacy reviews are naturally going to be a lightning rod for frustrated patients so this review hopefully can offset some of the negativity.”
