“This review is for the CVS at: 746 Bliss Road in Longmeadow, MA 01106. Every other person who works in the Pharmacy here is either moody/unfriendly, or super great. No middle! However, the reason I'm even writing this review today is not for the Pharmacy. It's for the Cashier, Rita. Most of the time when I walk in here, no one around my age or younger says hello. Today was much different. Rita greeted me as soon as I entered, and asked if I needed help with anything while staying at a social distance. When Rita checked me out she was up beat, friendly, and had great conversation. We even started to talk about our Italian heritage together. Rita is one of a kind! She made my day during this wild time. She deserves a huge thank you because she's the only person who has ever been this friendly to me when entering this CVS. Thanks Rita!”

“Bought two home systems from Aaron at Safe & Sound a few years ago. Both systems are amazing. Every time guests come over they are super impressed with the sound quality. One is a surround sound and the other standard stereo. The surround sound has so many play modes like "Super Stadium" that sounds just like being in an arena. Both systems have incredibly clear sound, even when turned way up. (Both systems are capable of rupturing ear drums with crystal clear music...LOL) Needless to say, I'm very happy. In terms of customer service, this place can't be beat. I did have an issue with a high-end subwoofer (I damaged it myself). I fully expected to be on my own but not the case! Safe & Sound helped me through the warranty process and fully resolved...no questions asked. These guys rock! I would recommend these people to anyone! Went in with an issue I was semi familiar with and they took care of it immediately. Didn't upsell me and charged the minimum amount of time for labor. “Rented a high lumen projector, large projection screen, speakers, and microphone/PA system from ATC for our annual company meeting. We had planned for an outdoor venue since we didn't know if covid protocols would still be in place. They were extremely helpful and everything was very easy to setup/breakdown. If we opt to do another outdoor meeting we will be using ATC again.”

“Had a tech problem whereas my phone was not able to receive incoming calls. The person that tried to help couldn't figure out what was causing it. He got everyone working involved to try to resolve the problem! They spent alot of time trying to resolve and came to the conclusion I needed to get a professional tech involved. They said call 611 on my phone and although I had a wait time even though I had the option of a call back. I had to wait as my phone blocked the call from processing. Not one but several team members got involved and the problem was finally resolved.Exceptional dedication by all involved!My phone problem was resolved.Thanks to everyone from T-Mobile's multiple staffs members who got involved.”

“I had a pretty smooth experience at this airport. I was able to walk to the garage and get a rental car through a heated tunnel with minimal contact with the outdoors, which in bad weather could be a difference-maker. Going on a weekday meant it wasn't overly crowded, and I waited only a couple of minutes for my TSA precheck line when flying back. I didn't have any trouble finding seats or facilities. The electric outlets were somewhat limited and dated and I wasn't overwhelmed by the businesses there, and my departing flight was taxiing around a bit before it departed a few minutes late. But all things considered, relatively smooth.”
