“While I was trying to get an upgrade in the Chicopee location, there was an irate customer who was refusing to leave until she got the answer she needed. It was escalated so far, the team members even had to call the police. She still refused to leave. She tried to talk to us and was very disrespectful to the other reps. In the store, everybody was so helpful. Including the assistant manager Kay, she did all that she could This manager held her composure through everything.The staff was so calm , and no one could believe what was happening”
“Great experience at T-Mobile! The store had a really good vibe, and everyone there was friendly and helpful. The girl who assisted me was especially kind, patient, and easy to talk to—she made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
I didn’t catch her name, but she did an amazing job and really took care of everything I needed. Honestly, no complaints at all.

“Was having lots of Trouble trying to upgrade my phone and only Sydney was in there working and another person came in and she was doing a fantastic job multi tasking and was helping me out so much she did and absolute amazing job and was very nice to talk to the definition of what a great employee should be such an amazing worker just what you want as an employer so pleased to have been helped by Sydney if anyone in the company deserves a raise it’s her such an amazing job”
