βI buy tools or items there that if they survives one use I considerate worth the price. This time I bought moving blankets and crow bars.the crow bars are working extremely well as well as the moving blankets they will all last for another project. Win / win for me.β

βGreat store and excellent service! Before I went to Larry's, several other stores were visited. None of them had the shower cartridge I needed. Went to Larry's, was in and out in 15 minutes. Paid less than Amazon, over 50% less than Home Depot, both of which I would have needed to wait for.β
βMy wife and I recently finished a kitchen remodel which included new kitchen cabinets, countertop, backsplash and appliances. After interviewing several kitchen remodel stores we chose Kelly Fradet. We have dealt with several construction projects in the past including two major additions to our house but I can honestly say this was the most seamless well organized and pleasant experience we have ever gone through. Diane B walked us through the project from day one and maintained communication throughout ensuring everything was completed in a timely fashion. She helped us with the numerous styles, paint colors, countertop selections and even hardware choices. The installer Kurt was excellent at his craft, always punctual and communicated the plans perfectly. Everything came out beautiful. We both enthusiastically recommend Kelly Fradet if you are looking for a kitchen remodel. They have excellent customer service and do phenomenal work.β

βI purchased a used welder and called for info on getting one of my tanks filled. I knew nothing about this process. Kylee (spelling?) was very helpful over the phone but really needed to see what I had to make sure they could help me. I stopped by and was very pleased with the service and information I received from Kylee and Hal. Great experience. This isn't the closest place for me to go to but I'll be sure to return.β
βWe had been here a few years ago and didnβt like it much. Fast forward to a couple days ago, we were on the market for some kitchen cabinets and flooring for our basement. Wow! What a difference. The store looks a million times better. To top it off, we were greeted by 2 nice gentlemen named Brandon and Kyle. They were both a pleasure to work with and extremely kind. You can tell they love what they do. I will be more than happy to recommend this place going forward. Thank you to Brandon and Kyle for your help! Great customer service!β

I was politely greeted by an employee, Kabrial, who asked if I needed any help finding something. He was very friendly and knowledgeable when I asked him several questions. He assisted me throughout the store to find what I needed to complete this project, which took some time. Five star customer service! I really appreciate this employee going above and beyond for me!β

After explaining my situation Ian was very helpful and got me a quote which was emailed to me a few days later. I then went back to the store on Saturday and again spoke with Ian who was able to place the order for me. Afterwards I roamed the store and bought a few others items. Overall the store was clean and well stocked. Other employees I came in contact with were friendly and helpful with the questions I asked. Plenty of free parking.β

βThe 1 star review is from a gentlemen who doesn't know how to lock his windows thus allowing cold air to slip by the sash......Harvey windows are fantastic, the company is incredibly responsive to any issues.
