“I've used a few storage businesses over the years, and so far Public Storage has been the easiest to use, enter, exit, etc etc. I am sort of from the old school where I like to actually speak to people etc. SO if that's what you like you can also just walk in and speak to an employee, if you like to have as little contact as possible with humans you can do the whole process online much faster than one would think. I happen to take the automated route this time and it was too easy. I was able to rent and pay the first payment, then within minutes I had an email which explained exactly how to enter and exit the property along with rules and regulations etc. They provide a lock which is inside the unit you rent, so you don't need to even bring one. Entry and exit is easy, simply type in your code into the access box. Where ever there is an access box, the fence when you first enter and the door to the building your unit is in, the code is the same for all and it just works. Like most places they provide carts etc, to facilitate filling and emptying the unit. The buildings are clean, don't smell, you don't see bugs or animals running around, and you don't see any evidence that there are any bugs or animals around. Like some places you can see the droppings and the place smells, but not PS it's clean and what you want and expect from a 1st class storage business. I am not sure how competitive the pricing is, I didn't do a heck of a lot of research I was short on time and just needed a storage unit, quick with as little a hassle as possible. That's exactly what I found in Public Storage, so it worked out quite well. I would certainly use PS again should I need another unit, and I would definitely recommend. Good Luck out there.”

He was patient and professional and diligent which was great. Prime moving is lucky to have them both!”

“Richard and his crew of young men did an amazing job helping me move last week. Richard and I had set up the date and time about 3 weeks in advance and he delivered wardrobe and linen boxes to help me get my packing done. Over a long day of hard work, the Team was consistently careful with my property. The guys were polite, responsive to my questions and even suggested a great idea for furniture layout in an oddly shaped room. Now that I've unpacked the boxes, mirrors and framed art, I can say they are the best movers I've ever used over the years and that includes local and large interstate moving companies. The price was definitely fair and I absolutely recommend them, without hesitation. I know you will appreciate their skills, honesty, kindness and solid work ethic.”
