He has been so accommodating and spent so much time with me in my two visits to public storage already. Eric explains every single detail and answers every question with complete accuracy and confidence. He is a very caring and polite employee. The facility is immaculate, the lighting is flawless throughout the building & I feel very safe and comfortable-there. I’m so happy as this location is perfect for me And I’ve enjoyed being Welcomed as a new customer! Many thanks again to Eric! I forgot to mention this is for Public Storage facility located at 295 Newbury St. in Danvers.”

“I had to move my elderly mother across the country on very short notice. R.C. Mason Movers was able to fit us in and worked with me to make the experience less stressful than it already was. I got quotes from 5 of the well known national movers and went with Atlas after going over the quote with Adam from R.C. Mason. The actual movers were very friendly and professional.
Everything arrived in good shape and the final cost ended up about $1,000.00 less than the estimate.
I did extensive research before making the final decision and I'm happy to say it paid off.

“I previously had a storage unit at North Shore Mini Storage of Essex for over six years. As storage units go, it had everything you wanted and needed in a storage unit; it was secure, clean, easily accessible, dry, and had a dolly close by - if needed. What pushed North Shore Mini Storage over the top was Tom - who managed the facility. Tom was friendly, super helpful, and professional.
I recently contracted for another unit for my mom. Toonzie now runs the facility - and she is every bit as great as Tom was. I could not more highly recommend North Shore Mini Storage!”

“Holy cow!!! Where do I start? I've been renting a few storage units from James for the last 6 years. I can tell you that when I first met him, I was completely blown away by his passion for wanting to help me with my needs. I explained my situation and what I was looking for. James was prompt to offer me simple solutions to what I thought was a complex problem. We walked around looking at a few different storage sizes. James quickly and efficiently rented me the storage units and here we are 6 years later and I still have them. Thank you!! All in all, I would give him 10 stars but they limit the review to 5. If you want to be treated with respect like you deserve, go see James, you won't be disappointed.”

Billing was easy, with incentives for multiple months and payment in advance. The property is well light and well maintained. Staff was so nice, always available and very good with questions/explanations. If the need arose again, I would rent storage space again at Bourbon St. Mini Storage.”

“This place is absolutely perfect. The prices can’t be beat. I was greeted at the front desk by Frank. He was so helpful and personable and made it so easy to rent a unit. His customer service was impeccable. Great guy all around and an asset to the company. Tommy another great guy followed up with me the next day to make sure everything went smoothly. The place is super clean, secure and I feel like my belongings are at Fort Knox with all the security and surveillance. If you rent a unit here you will not be sorry.
