“I love the savings bank it has 2 locations in Wakefield one on Main Street in the center of town the other on North ave this 1 has a drive-through I prefer the drive-through it is always a very easy transaction The customer service is also amazing oh amazing as well I called you call the location on North ave because I habecause I had unauthorized authorized debits That needed to be recredited to my account everything was was set up for me and All I had to do was sign a piece of paper and the money was put back into my account I am very happy with this bank”

Madison was patient, empathetic, and kind. Not only her volume was perfect throughout the call (I'm mentioning this because the call volume/clarity was an issue in the past with others), she used common sense, maneuvered uncertainty, and guided me perfectly. Although we stayed on the phone for 45 mins, because she was investigating and sorting things out for me, I didn't feel frustrated one bit.
