“My husband and I have been going to this location for a long time and believe the most knowledgeable and most helpful associate is Derek. I cannot say enough good things about him! On busier days, he is multi-taskful, trying to accommodate every customer who enters the door. At times, we have come in after work and he has stayed to help us out, no matter the issue..... even if it isn't an actual phone issue, but an app. He is always accommodating and has helped us find more affordable plans that work for our family, as well as newer phones. For those reasons, even if there was a bit of a wait, we are happy to wait patiently because we know he is committed to giving the best customer service possible while gaining customer loyalty.
