“This store located just south of the Rt 9 and Rt 135 interchange is pretty nice. The plants are protected from the harsh sun near the door and were in good condition inspite of being on clearance, the tomatoes etc. The cashier Brian was helpful finding what I was looking for. The store setup is a modified version of the store I use more often and clean. Plenty of parking and handicap accessible.”
“Place is decent. Price OK. But be careful if one of the employees offer installation services. I purchased installation service from that person, they did the cabinets OK, but they have no clue with countertop, or anything else. I had to hire another company to install just the countertop, and finish the installation, a total nightmare.”

“This rating is for the staff that work at Lowes in Worcester, MA. The Lowes company need improvement when it comes to how they want managers to handle their third party deliveries. That said, the staff that works at the Worcester store are terrific. After we had been bumped from the appointed delivery day, Jeremiah not only came through with a solid delivery time (that required talking directly to the person making the delivery) but also substituted a better quality product for us when he noticed that one item was no longer in stock. Jeremiah also called me three hours after the delivery was supposed to be made just to make sure the job was completed and done well. Bravo, Jeremiah. Berenice, a clerk at the Pro Shop entrance, was extremely helpful directing me to were to go and who to speak with. She also noticed I was quite stressed, turned to me and asked, "Do you need a hug?" Her hug made me smile and helped turn my day around. Thank you Berenice!”
“First time visiting the store with my older son. Purchased a number of 12 foot 6x6’s and 4x4 pressure treated timbers. As one knows, they weigh an absolute ton especially when wet. The lot attendant, Francisco, came right over and asked if we needed help loading them in to our truck. It was perfect timing, he couldn’t have been any more helpful and just overall pleasant.
Home Depot, be thankful you have Francisco, he’s a great asset!!”
“I was very surprised to see not only workers but the shoppers walking around with their masks ( some of them n95) only covering their mouth not their nose and mouth together! pure ignorance.... if you don't cover your nose at the same time you aren't protecting anything!”

“This HD seems to be well stocked most of the time. For whatever reason I find the store set up to be different than any other HDs I usually go to. So far I haven't found overly friendly or helpful staff but I'm new to the area and I've only been in here a few times. Customer service seems friendly enough.
Update! The staff here are always very friendly and helpful especially customer service/returns/pickup.”

“I shop here often. Store is well-merchandised. The staff are friendly but not the most helpful or well-informed/trained. They often point me in the wrong direction or have to look something up, if you can even find someone. I do like that they do a kids workshop periodically, and I appreciate the free cut when you buy lumber. The online pick-up is quick and I’ve had no issues with returns.”
“Im a contractor. HD is way better than lowes in worcester. I literally live 4 minutes from lowes & everytime I go there for just 1 or 2 things I always endup having to leave & drive 15 more minutes to home depot. So I have learned its always faster to drive the extra time straight to home depot 1rst.
Lowes only carrys sharkbite shutoff valves now? They also only carry grade D cedar shake shingles, not HD they still have everything I need. Aisles are organized, etc. Still love Home Depot at Goldstar blvrd worcester locations by far over the Lincoln st. Worcester location.
I gladly drive right by lowes another 15 minute drive to HD & it always saves me.time because there isles.& shelves are clean organized, they have what there online site says they do unlike lowes who has problems in all.these areas and more.
Lowes 30% of items on the shelves dont even have price tags, so.what Im supposed.to go track someone down everytime.I need a price.
You'd sell way more items by just putting the price tag on the item for sale. Most ppl won't waste there time.to.track down an associate to ask for.a price. Im assuming they teach you these things in biz management school???”
“Good supply store. They have a pretty broad selection of tools, hardware, supplies, and machines (lawn mowers, snow blowers, etc.). They also have a garden center where the plants are okay to good but the supplies are well stocked”
