Gate failed once on a Saturday night and they actually came and fixed the issue on Sunday which is normally when the office is closed. Greatly appreciated.”

“I've been with this location since 9/2019 and the staff has always been super helpful when it's been needed. Easily accessible and security is great in the building. The aisles are the right size that if needed someone else can use a dolly with you not being in the way. But you'll rarely see someone else at the same time as you. The five years I've been there I've only seen a handful of people or hear them on the other side of the building.
Recently however I have discovered mouse droppings in my unit and I can only hope that they haven't gotten to some important belongings of mine. If they have it will certainly be a bummer.
My other concern which tends to be the same of others is the increase in the least cost. Which I know must happen since it's a very competitive area. But it's to the point where it's getting close to where I will be unable to afford it much longer.
My first month was $14.45. the following month went to $101 but after talking to them they brought it down to $76 for one month. Fast forward to about a week ago (currently paying $174) I received in the mail my unit will be going to $210. If I was someone who passes out easily I would have been knocked out on the pavement. Unfortunately I have had to start looking elsewhere to keep my belongings safe. Living in Dorchester it was worth it to take the hike over into Norwood by the MBTA or Uber because the exceptional service I have continuously received. I can only hope when I do eventually find a new unit that the staff and security is as top notch as the ones here.”

“I recently moved from Andover, MA to Peabody, MA to Dedham, MA. I had a storage unit in Salem, NH while living in Andover, MA but moved out when I moved to Peabody thinking I no longer needed it. However, as luck would have it that move didn't work out and I found myself needing a storage unit again. Anyway, long story short they have been excellent, very welcoming and accommodating. They are easy to work with and always very professional. I would recommend them if you're looking for a storage facility.”
