“The employees at this UPS are truly the epitome of above and beyond. There was a line due to the Amazon kiosk being down, and the employees stayed calm while trying to additionally assist myself and others waiting for the kiosk. I quickly learned about the nuisances and complications of shipping a package to Canada, which is international, and the amount of in-head knowledge this job requires. The employees were so patient and reasonable with the customers, who were frustrated at not understanding cost, etc. Both customers by the end were happy and delighted by the help and resolution they got from the employees.
Normally, you'd probably think - why write a review for a UPS? But the service from the employees was so 'above and beyond' that it needed to be recognized.”

“The woman Sonya at this Fed Ex store was so nice and went way beyond out of her way to help me, I'm not that good on using smart phones, which I needed to upload a scan thingy from my email and she had no problem on walking me thru the steps I had to take to get my items returned. I thought for sure my packages weren't going to be returned cause I had no idea how to do it but she had no problem helping, you don't get that kind of help like she did at anyplace anymore..nice and friendly place and people.”

“Their price might be not as competitive as other providers in the area but their reliability and attitude are top-notch.I’ve used their service multiple times to send packages back to a small town in Vietnam. Always exactly on time and the products were always intact. Extremely friendly and lovely owners. I’d rather pay a little extra for ease of mind rather than saving some pennies and wondering where my packages have gone.”

“I have used the print services at the location by the Liberty Tree Mall about a dozen times. They have the BEST staff - everyone I've worked with is very knowledgeable and friendly. I've worked with a lot of print shops over the years and this one is by far my favorite. They've helped me solve a lot of logistical issues and have a ton of solutions. A+ for staff and services!”

“Fed Ex shipment places like this, you definitely need to set aside time to get your work done. It truly depends on who is there to help you. I'm not sure if she is still there, but Michelle was a great help in regards to printing out visa documents for myself, and getting me a USB drive, and showing how to obtain a printer card.
They have PCs, printing supplies, packaging, and you unfortunately need to get a blank card, put money on it, and THEN use the scanner/printer/copiers, so it can take a bit.
Like UPS the boxes and packaging are super expensive, but this is a clean, reliable FedEx near the court house, City Hall, immigration offices, and if you need something done last minute, the staff will help. I wish it was open 24 hours since it's centrally located.
Be aware that there can be only a few people on duty, so if it's crowded, it's not a quick "in and out" trip. I came during an afternoon when I knew I didn't have to rush, so that worked for me.
If you need help with things like immigration documents, passports, visas, make sure to bring EVERYTHING with you so they can help you more efficiently. I had printed out visa directions that listed the exact measurements of photos needed, and it helped Michelle serve me that much faster.”
