Their staff handled a difficult packaging situation for my husband and I who were provided overstock of a number of different tile and we had multiple surplus boxes of ceramic tile that we needed to return. They helped it go in the most economical shipping option in terms of boxes for us. G, Zara and the asst. manager Kelly helped handle this so well especially at the end of their shift, shared how to hold a merchant to their offer of discounted shipping by using the receipt, not to mention while a gentleman walked in with an interesting personality and almost walked to the office area demanding boxes from them”

“The Post Office at 1179 Main St in Wakefield is honestly a little hidden gem. It’s only ever really busy a couple of weeks before and after Christmas, which makes most visits quick and easy. One of the regular staff members, a woman who works there often, is extremely friendly and does her job very well—always professional and efficient. I can confidently leave prepaid packages without worrying about needing a receipt or whether they’ll get scanned properly.
I almost hate to leave this review because I don’t want word to get out and have this place overrun with humans, but credit is due where it’s earned. Great service and a stress-free experience every time.”

We are able to schedule pickups for various hospitals, chat with real people that can get in touch with FedEx when we have issues, schedule couriers for laboratory samples, etc. This is so much better than calling a 1-800 number and ending up speaking with someone who doesn’t really understand the issue, or seem to care. “It's a pleasure to go into the Nahant United States Post Office. It's an extra small seacoast town and the post office gives you the feeling of years gone by. The staff is extremely helpful and willing to please and go the extra mile. This is a full-service post office. Parking is on street only but there's never more than one or two people in the post office at any given time. If you live in the surrounding town and the post office line is long take a nice enjoyable ride to Nahant and used this branch it will make for a pleasurable experience. I Give the US Post Office a Solid 5 Stars”
