“I first visited Leader Bank back in May in the hopes of opening a new account. As soon as I opened the door to the bank I was greeted by a very friendly voice. I then noticed an employee (her name was Lilit), looking my way. As it turns out, Lilit is a very professional, knowledgeable employee of Leader Bank. I sat with Lilit and in short order I had opened up a Zeugma Plus High‑Yield Svgs Account with a checking account attached to it. The customer service at this branch is outstanding. I have communicated via email with Lilit on a couple different occasions and she is been very responsive and answered my questions to the fullest. If there is one issue with the Leader Bank Belmont branch, it is that the parking is minimal and the parking lot could use some repair. “I sent them a big check from my Bank of America account to pay down my Home Equity loan. It took two weeks to get there. By the time it got there, I had been told by my accountant that I needed to pay a large sum to the IRS. They called --personally--when the check arrived and said: "This check is so big and so old we wanted to make sure you still want to deposit it." I said, "No, I gotta send it to the IRS. So you can tear it up." She said: "OK. I"m putting it in the shredder right now." How totally cool is that? What amazing personal service! B of A would never have done such a thing, not even close.”
