During off hours, the staffed area is closed behind a security gate, and only the ATMs will be accessible to members. As with all BoA locations, you can get access to the otherwise locked ATMs when normal hours are over by using your debit card or phone to swipe or tap on the reader by the door.”

“This review is long overdue so I’m sorry it’s taken me this long to write it. I always have a pleasant experience at this branch of Eastern Bank. On one particular occasion, my (new) husband and I came in to change my name on all of our accounts to my married name, add my name to an account which was previously just my husband’s, along with depositing money and getting new bank cards printed for our multiple accounts with my new name. It was a long tedious to do list! The Operations Associate, Christopher, took all of these tasks on with a smile! He was so kind and friendly (even recommended a good place to grab breakfast sandwiches). He had to have spent at least 30 minutes to an hour helping us and was patient and helpful the entire time! I’m sorry this review took so long to get written, but I wanted to make sure he gets the recognition he deserves because he’s an all star employee! I wish all bank associates could be as friendly, helpful, and outgoing as he was! Thanks Christopher!!”

“After their renovations over the winter, I really love the atmosphere a lot more. It’s more open, much brighter lighting, and feels more productive but also relaxing. Prior to their renovations it felt very uncomfortable and not relaxing. But now there are nice tables and chairs and an overall brighter complexion.”

“I go here pretty often since it's close by. The staff here is always friendly and the coffee is usually pretty good! Sometimes the drinks are overly sweet, but it's hit or miss. I think I tried a pastry once and it wasn't anything special, but Mike's is right next door.I've also been charged different amounts even though I always order the same thing, which is strange. It's great that there's a half off discount if you pay with a capital one card, which makes this by far the cheapest place nearby for me to get a latte.It's right by the assembly T stop and there's a garage right behind it with free parking for a few hours.The only big issue I have when I come is that the barista will always sit at the payment terminal and wait for you to input a tip amount before starting your drink, which always feels really awkward to me.”

“Really great people to work with! The staff are all friendly and Nick the CEO is excellent and easily accessible. I help my church as a trustee and we recently had a difficult refinance situation which we had been turned down by other banks about. After reaching out to CCU I received immediate attention and talked to Nick about the next steps. Within days we had a great plan in place and within a week or so we had a deal that saved us a great deal of money and heartache. I had never seen a bank take that kind of initiative in helping out people (in our case a board of volunteers) make a very important decision. “Due to my bank here in Natick closing their safe deposit boxes I did a little research and listened to friends and received all positive input about Middlesex savings bank, in downtown Natick. Simply a pleasure! From the Branch manager, John King - to and including the young man, "Alex"ander MacLellan who did all the paperwork, legwork and all around "old school" customer service, .. it was the most pleasant and professional experience I've had in a long time. From my initial goal of obtaining a new safe deposit box, Alex explained over and above, without "salesmanship" pushing, all that Middlesex offered, ways I could benefit my specific situation and treated me like family "old school customer service?! To me, possibly the most important ingredient of any business. All of my banking business will be shifted to Middlesex and proudly would recommend them for anyone considering any banking. Quality people who are very well trained, have been with the company for considerable time which said a lot to me. My highest praise; "Compassionate Professionals".”

“I can remember when it was originally called Tele-Comm bank & located on the corner of Main St & Ferry St (across from the High School) here in Malden, MA. Since then it has changed "ownership", starting with Danvers Bank which then moved to it's current location on the corner of Center St & Commercial St (across from the Malden Center train station).About 5-7 yrs ago (?), People's United bought out Danversbank & it's branches here in Malden. No matter what, the staff whether they were apart of the Tele-Comm or Danvers, have ALWAYS been there for my mother since this was HER bank after we moved from the Malden-Everett line area back in 2000 to where I am now. Sadly my mom passed away earlier this month & last week, I had to close out her bank account.The branch manager & his colleague went above & beyond to help me w/ this heartbreaking task. I will NEVER EVER forget ALL of the different branch managers, tellers, etc that I've come to know since 2000. I greatly appreciate all their help w/ my mother's personal finances as well as just being there w/ a friendly smile (even behind a "mask" these past 2 yrs). Thank you very much People's United for ALL that you've done through out the yrs for her & thank you to Danversbank as well as Tele-Comm too!”

“I prefer local banks to the national brand as the service is less sterile. Enter in Cambridge Trust. I know the branch manager from a previous bank, and was super excited when I found out he landed here (literally walking by to go to the Dunks that is beside it) We talked and were able to have an apples to apples discussion about what CT had to offer, and how they operated. Matt S. is just wonderful, all the information he furnished was spot on. Every promise they made was kept. Every time I walk in to this bank they treat me like the Governor. You learn everyone's name and they remember yours. There is a familiarity that is comforting. They are also whole show. Personal/business/investing. If you want to find comfort and support, this is the bank...this is the branch for you. There is literally nothing they could do better in my opinion (they even carry $2 bills for me without giving me side eye). Talk to them.”
