“This hotel is spectacular. The rooms are updated, super clean and comfortable. We made it in to town a few hours earlier than normal check in and Demetrius at the front desk was so pleasant that he found us a room. Demetrius is so professional, sweet and caring for his customers. Didn’t give us a hard time and understood our situation. We travel once a month to Massachusetts and this is where we will continue to stay with no hesitation. Highly recommend!!!Rooms: Very clean and beautiful”

“Wifi didn't work the entire time for us, front desk said "it's not their job" to fix it or offer a discount because of the problem. Stay away from here. Also the sheets had some weird marks and if you're on the first floor, the noise from across the street is very loud until around midnight.”

“Family stayed here while visiting us and loved it. The staff is exceptionally friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious. Our family was extremely comfortable and really enjoyed their stay-- one family member has mobility issues, and the staff made sure to give us a room close to the elevator which was wonderful! We also loved that there are no artificial scents or diffusers. The air was clean, and it was easy to breathe. That is so hard to find these days, and it was VERY appreciated.”

“Could not believe the value for the price. Great decor. Friendly staff. We were welcomed with a glass of glass/rosé! The suite was the same price as a regular room so we went with that. Very spacious, with two Queen beds and a little “living room” area (open concept). The restaurant was lovely and everything we ate and drank was delicious! The only down, which is why I’m giving the rooms 4 stars is because the clock was disconnected and when I went to try to plug it in I found that the space behind the night table was SUPER dusty and had some fallen items back there like a hair elastic. Other than that though, in the more viable areas it did seem clean. Would stay here again!”

“I only spent 1 night, but my room was spacious with a kitchen, sofa, and comfy queen bed. The bathroom was huge! Everything was immaculate. Breakfast the next day was everything you needed with service with a smile&some banter. Front desk ladies gave us a list of walkable restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. My only gripe was paying $39 for parking as the garage is not enclosed. But can't complain about anything elseWalkability: Tons of shops/restaurants nearby on foot!Food & drinks: A handful of different places to choose from”

“I was warmly greeted when I came in. The front desk clerk was very pleasant. I was impressed with the room that I got with a king size bed all for about $100 through Expedia. I would definitely recommend someone come while in town. It's accessibility from the highway was good. Had a nice free breakfast selection overall had a nice time here because the room was upgraded and comfortable to stay in unfortunately the only thing that was lacking in the room was a safe room. It came with a mini fridge and microwave and a Keurig machine. It also had a large wardrobe closet, with an ironing board and iron. Ample dressing room, space, a desk, a chase lounge, as well as the king size bed with very comfortable bedding.I was greeted warmly when I entered. The receptionist was very nice. “Stayed here for one night before my procedure at Brigham. We stayed in room 39 on the 3rd floor. Quaint room with a very comfy queen bed. In-room bath was really nice. We stayed on a Friday and it was quite. Nice community kitchen and livingroom. Room and Inn are very clean and well maintained. Strong free wifi and free off street parking. No elevator but the steps are not steep. Not much in the way of toiletries but we always bring our own. Would definitely stay here again.Food & drinks: Lots of restaurants near by.”

“I have very fond memories of this place. My father started off as a dishwasher & became 3rd chef. On Saturdays, he'd take me along so that we could fish together after work at the little creek behind the club, the one with the bridge, catching sunfish & large-mouth bass. The themed parties for the kids were also very well-organized & fun, I remember every single one that I went to.”

The attention to detail in the decor, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the overall ambiance make it a standout choice for anyone visiting the area. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the exceptional service provided by their General Manager Richard. “The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful, especially Angia Maia. Management was very helpful in securing my room during my last couple of nights there. Without my knowing they secured my room without having to change rooms or move hotels as they were fully booked and my stay there had to be extended another 2 nights. I am very thankful that he showed kindness and compassion towards me and my daughter during our stay. The overall service was excellent.”

“Had a great time staying here during a business trip. The hotel staff were friendly and professional. The rooms were clean. Parking is available at a public garage around the corner, which the hotel will validate for. I really enjoyed the park area around the hotel. It was lovely to walk around and see the wildlife. It’s also a close 10-15 mins walk to Alewife Station.”

“Had the pleasure to stay here two nights on the way to and back from an anniversary trip to Ireland. The place is super clean, well maintained, and has an amazing location. You are minutes from the airport, downtown Boston, and all the major college campuses. The river views are incredible, and the little interior balconies are fun. This hotel has retro/throwback vibes to the fun 1980s hotels of my childhood, and I mean that in the best possible way. The place just made me smile. The staff are super responsive and go above and beyond; special shout out to Christina (Guest Services Manager) for accommodating our room requests and even hooking us up with a free breakfast for our anniversary. Give this place a shot. You won't regret it (especially if you are a child of the 80s with fun memories around going to 'fancy" hotels as a kid). We will be back.”

“It's definitely worth the price and stay. Excellent customer service. There was a problem with AC in the first room. After trying to fix it, they graciously changed my room. I was so thrilled I was moved to the 12th floor.I can not begin to express how outstanding, amazing, tasty, and an excellent variety of food they had for the morning breakfast. It's like having brunch every morning. The host/ hostess was so kind, helpful, and lovely. The coffee was smooth. Lived the variety of juice. Loved that they allow guest to get to breakfast. It ended at 1030am.This was my first time staying here. Next time I'm going to book through the hotel. Instead of 3rd party. I'd have loved to get points for my six nights. Definitely will be looking for th Marriott Bonvoy going forward when I travel. I need to look up a list of hotels. The young lady, Getta,, at the front desk sealed my hotel experience. WOW, she needs a promotion. She always checked in to make sure everything was great. PLUS, it was so awesome to come back to a clean room. Most hotels have rules on cleaning. The cleaning staff were off the chain, GREAT, KIND, AND EXCELLANT CLEANERS.Don't forget to try Four Points Sheraton Boston Newton, restaurant in the hotel. Yes, amazing food.If I could give a 10, I'd. My son passed, and I'm trying to stay positive and live. So, I decided to stay at first class motel to give myself self-care. Truthfully, the room and sleeping in that wonderful bed allowed me to sleep very deeply.Thank you,Love, peace, and regardsChaplain, BellaRooms: Rooms for queenWalkability: Some storesNoteworthy details: Excellent buffett”

“This is a BEAUTIFUL inn! I had to find a place to stay on the fly when working for a large music show and my partner and I fell in love with the place! It's got a really gorgeous old style build that makes it feel like you're staying in a Victorian mansion in Europe. I loved it so much I had booked us a stay as a holiday gift for himRooms: Gorgeous rooms with beautiful wood flooring and huge cozy bedsNearby activities: A lot of great restaurants in Brookline, some wonderful historic spots and museums”

“We are a bit disappointed because although the hotel was nice it just definitely didn't feel like a Westin. We couldn't reach anyone to get some items sent to our room. The service staff is the best part of the hotel which is the only reason they got a 4 instead of 3 stars, but I truly had high expectations of a hotel listed for $700/night in the middle of practically nothing outside the city of Boston. I should've stayed in the city. The gym and pool were nice if that's your thing.”

“We requested a rollaway bed be added to our double queen room. They called and said they would need to change us to a pull out couch bed and king bed and then we could have the rollaway bed. When we checked in late there was no rollaway bed in the room. We were tired; that was frustrating. Night shift found it but had to make a second trip to bring the bedding. Frustrating to wait, especially with young kids. Free breakfast was only ok. There was a time when we really looked forward to breakfasts while away at hotels but no more.”

“We had a great 2-day stay here. The hotel is clean and functional. The room was spacious and our family could stretch out without being in each other’s way.The very best part of the stay was the friendly and helpful staff, especially Melissa C., the front office manager. She made check-in super easy and fast. She called us when our room was ready and was extremely helpful when we asked questions about the hotel or places nearby.”

“Located in the middle of nowhere, it has a small gym and a nice indoor pool. Rooms are very spacious and include a fully equipped kitchenette. Breakfast is modest but offers something for everyone. No one will come to make your room unless you request it. AC is very noisy. You'll need a car to go to the nearest shop, which is a 10min drive.”

“Great stay for one night. Keith Kitson was super helpful and my son said he wore cool suits. I have to concur. The only reason I put four stars was because the water pressure for the shower was so weak. If I was staying another night I would have changed rooms because of it. I would stay there again. Parking is $25 a night FYI so just add that into your cost if you have a car.”

“We went there for a conference Friday night to Sunday at noon.Staff was excellent. Plenty of parking. Nothing within walking distance. The rooms were good, the view from our room was a swamp so not much. The bartender was wonderful. The food was banquet style. It was Ok.The hallways and some conference rooms were 62° even though they were set for 72°,I assume a refresh is due. Mostly little stuff.I would definitely return for the same event.”

“Rooms: The rooms are really outdated. My comforter had several strands of long black hair throughout the fabric. Not what you’d expect from this brand. You can also hear your neighbors talking at times.Walkability: This hotel isn’t really close enough to anything else you could walk to.”
