βDorina was SO SO helpful in handling a really difficult and time-sensitive banking issue. I have been banking with CCU for a very long time now and it's such a relief to have a person who knows you that can help you when you need it. The major banks aren't gonna do that for you. Great bank and great staff, thanks again Dorina!β

βI needed a cashier's check for my first month's rent payment and Octavia was able to help me understand if I was eligible to get a cashier's check at the Members Plus because my original credit union is a part of the Co-op shared bank program and with my bank I would be able to get a cashier's check at their location.
I arrived at the location and Octavia was nice and ready to help me with the understanding what I needed to fill out and confirming with me multiple times the amount I needed was correct. This was my first time attaining a cashiers check and she was a real help throughout this process.β
βI have been a member of Members plus since 1993. I love Members plus the Norwood location I live in Norwood. I absolutely appreciate Andrew Martin MINTON Noreen all of the staff there I just opened a CD for one year 7% added some extra money to my savings as well. I just love Members plus and I would never do any other banking with any anyone else than Members plus thank you for being so customer oriented. Thank you for your staff. βAfter almost 40 years with ( the various iterations of) Medical Γrea Federal Credit Union ( MAFCU) I moved all of our accounts over to Direct Federal CU. Juan and Mark in the Needham, Mass office are excellent, helpful and deliver consistently excellent customer service. These are things that were lost over time with our former CU relationship.
Juan and Mark always add a personal touch to each visit. It is a pleasure to do business with this organization.β

Her dedication and expertise shone through as she patiently went over the numbers with me during my three visits to the branch. Thanks to her, the discrepancy was identified and soon resolved. I am incredibly grateful for her outstanding support and professionalism. She made a daunting process much smoother, and I couldn't have asked for better help.β

βThis is a nice little bank with capable employees. I only deposited some money using the Shared Branch feature of credit unions but I got a good impression of this bank as it seemed very homey and uniqueβ
βA very good small bank/credit union with knowledgeable assistants. I do most of my banking online and call to ask specific questions or to get assistance and find everyone I interacted with friendly, polite, and patient. The rates are better than those at large commercial institutions.β
βThe money management app and perks are really cool!The app takes too long to log into, and the services there fail a lot. They need to work on their IT side and investing there.Not 5 stars because I recently got off the phone and the person was rude. She hung up without asking if I needed anything else, or at least a goodbye. She sounded annoyed through the process of understanding how to apply for a personal loan.These are fundamental, customer service routines. So everyone else giving MITFCU the 1 star for rudeness, I wholly sympathize with them. I will update this review over time as I continue being a member, ESPECIALLY if I continue experiencing rude, customer-UNFRIENDLY behavior. Each encounter is 1 star off.β

This bank has been so helpful to me in so many ways for me since english is my second language and I sometimes struggle with the language (I'm still learning) They are very patient and try to understand me and help me understand everything. βPleasantly surprised how new the space was and the service is prompt. This is located on the District Ave complex across from the AMC theatre. When you first enter, you are first greeted by a front desk person who directs you to a bank rep. There is an atm to get cash and the rest of the space is devoted to individual offices to meet with the bank rep. There is free fast WIFI. There is one hour parking in the front of the building otherwise park in the garage.β
