At 4 years old and nearly 80lbs, I know this is a bit late to introduce grooming (bath, blow dry & de-shed) but I felt no judgement from the staff. I felt great vibes when I walked in and knew I could trust them. Otto came back looking handsome as ever, and I couldn’t be more pleased! They were aware of his anxiety and Cheryl gave me a thorough update of how he behaved / handled the situation, making me feel very confident in my choice to bring him here. Thank you!

Luis and Mary were awesome to work with and answered any questions we had while also teaching us new techniques and excersises we can do at home and in our pool to maintain our boys range of mobility, strength and endurance as he ages. We are so happy we found good dog and plan on bringing him back again in the winter months to maintain his health the best way possible. Thank you again to Luis and Mary and we highly recommend you visit them too!

1025 Osgood St, North AndoverThe ice cream is DELICIOUS. We stop here every time we make the trip to and from Maine to Massachusetts. The people are very friendly and accommodating. Bathrooms are clean. Seating indoors is nice and outdoor seating is great too - often many plane fly-overs.
