Everyone who works here is super nice and they definitely remember their people. I imagine the bad reviews are mostly the effect of ‘people don’t leave a review when they have a good experience, just when they want to complain about a bad one’”

“Sent an email as the weekend was ending and immediately received a call the next morning for them to assist me in getting a lien release. I was so impressed with the service!
Usually I have incredibly long wait times or difficulty accessing a human being with financial/healthcare institutions but this was reminiscent of way back when before the bots and automated options went out of control.
The person who helped me was incredibly helpful, friendly, and went the extra mile (called another dept to see if I could just get my title directly) and not only that, I had overpaid, so she also reconciled that and had a check sent to me for it! I have my title and check in hand and am glad it was such a smooth and pleasant experience. To whoever helped me, THANK YOU SO MUCH! I'd work with this institution again in a heartbeat.”

She is greatly missed. Dont even get a hello now from anyone at window when I pull up .”
