“Ordered a open box laptop online. Laptop was 100% fine but accidentally it did not come w any cord or charger. Calling in for support they gave me two options I didn't really love to resolve things. I just wanted the apple cords. But they wouldn't just send them to me. On a whim I stopped into this store and asked for a manager. I explained things and in 10 mins he came back to me w the brand new cords. No BS just real customer service. The manager wasn't old but he still understood how to treat a decent customer. He could have just said sorry and sent me in my way. Thank you!”

“I frequent this store although I live closer to the Easton location. This store is always super clean and well-lit, and the aisles are wider, too. But what makes this Target better than most in the area is the amazing staff who always go out of their way to help me whenever I need it. Every employee I have interacted with at this store has been pleasant, professional, and very helpful. The employees have gone out of their way to help me more than once, always with a smile.”
“The lightning connector on my iPhone 14 (five years old) was getting flakey. I had to wiggle the charger around to get it to work. Then, no amount of wiggling would get it going. I figured I needed a new phone.
Kenny, the manager took a look and proceeded to clean the port. I had already tried that twice, to no avail. But after a few minutes, he had it working again!
I figured he saved me $1,200. But he wouldn’t let me tip him. Thanks, Kenny!”
