Today,(1/09/24) was our latest delivery of a 36" Verona Gas Range. They had great deals, excellent plans/comparative value, and a good selection of phones and accessories to choose from.Thanks to Victoria's helpful demeanor, willingness to trouble shoot, and extensive phone knowledge, my husband and I were able to switch to Verizon from TMobile, get new phones, and keep a relatively similar bill price. “About two weeks ago, I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Yadira. Prior to going to this physical location, I called Metro's customer service to switch devices, as I had already purchased another phone. I was told that this particular device was not compatible with my plan or even with Metro, but I was eligible for an upgrade and that I should try a physical location. It seemed unfortunate, but I knew I had to address this by buying a new phone. That same day, Sunday, about an hour before closing, I entered the store and explained the situation, ready to buy a new phone. Yadira felt confident that the phone I had already purchased was, in fact, compatible with Metro's service and said she would check. Her doing this for me saved me several hundred dollars (as she confirmed I could use the device). It took her about 10 minutes for her to setup. It was a breeze! And I was able to get a case for the phone as well. What would have cost hundreds became $25 to transfer to the device, and the cost of the cellphone case. Yadira is friendly, kind, and very knowledgeable. Thank you so much for your help and for making everything so simple!”

“I wanted to take the time to write this review because I had such a great experience at the North Attleboro store. We had an isolated situation with a TV and went to BestBuy for advice. Upon arrival the greeter at the door heard my issue and called a manager over very quickly. The manger was a complete professional and applied some “out of the box” thinking to help me solve my problem. Once my situation was figured out they offered me a store credit as my goal was to get a larger TV. I was then introduced to Jeremiah in the TV section and he was knowledgeable and awesome to work with. He helped me find exactly what I needed, processed my sale quickly and brought the Tv out to my car. I was in and out of the store in under a half hour on SuperBowl Sunday. Was very happy with the customer service and happy to say that I will be more apt to make in store purchases vs online due to the staff here. Thank you”

“My mother's old dryer needed a switch. Everywhere I called wanted to refer me to a tech and have someone come out. I spoke to Mike over at lambco not only did he not try to upsell me or have a "tech come check it out" he was able to have that part in my hand same day 2 hours from when speaking to him on the phone. Showed up with the old part matched it up to confirm it was the right one with the right part number and I was on my way. Great customer service and it seems like an all around great place. When I walked in I was greeted immediately no standing around. Got an issue go speak to Mike over at lambco or any of the great staff they'll set you up right. Thanks again guys!”

“I use self checkout most times. Store shelved are pretty empty. Few things I came for I did not find and lots of aisles partially blocked with pallets of goods needed to be shelved with no one around to do such. Floors are clean except from merchandise that shoppers have dropped on the floor and have not picked up to replace on the shelves (even bread). I just don't get it.”

“I went in after my phone was acting clitchy..Was saying I had no Sim card. Multiple times of turning it off and on. Bigger issue was that my mom was hospitalized after a fall sustaining a wrist fracture but more importantly was apparently having a heart attack...I went to the hospital and was the life line to convey all info to my family.Anyway huge shout out to Will who got me in and out within a few minutes.A thank you is hardly enough..Much appreciated”
