They go above and beyond to be helpful. It is clear this is not done just to make a profit but because they genuinely care about their customers and locals that they serve. From my experience they are especially kind and caring to the neighborhood children that come into the store. It is a wonderful feeling knowing our kids have places in town where they are looked after and treated well. I only hope this store continues to thrive !”

The delivery service was also top notch but frankly charging $300 (299) for delivery of one chair was outrageous! For the prices you pay at Ethan Allen charging so much for delivery seems like price gouging.”

Immediately upon entering the store, we knew we'd found it. The experience was perfect, and there was no sales pitch. There doesn't need to be when the product is at this level of beauty and quality. I learned a lot during this process, and I developed a deep appreciation for the craftsmanship and care that it takes to make and import our new set. Even the delivery was impressive, with each piece wrapped in blankets and plastic. I look forward to returning for more. I highly recommend seeing what they have to offer here. “I am not a shopper but I stumbled upon Patina Green while I was in town visiting a client. I love this shop!!! Some practical items and some whimsical. I have never shopped at Patina Green without making a purchase, and have gotten some really cute and unique items for my home. The staff is always kind and attentive but they do not hover, so I find the experience to be relaxing. Love that I can purchase a gift and leave the store with beautiful packaging so I don't have to deal with wrapping it later. I live in Central MA and have not visited since COVID restrictions have been lifted but I cannot wait to visit again and see what gems I can find. If you have the opportunity to visit in person or to shop online this is a great small business that deserves your support.”

The location is great, with lots of free parking and easy access to/from the interstate.”

The staff is amazing - polite, helpful, answers questions and tries to be as accommodating as possible and will work with you, especially if they notice you are looking at a particular item. We almost always walk out with something, from tools to flooring to chairs... This is our "go to" place because of the great finds and great people! You gotta check this place out!”
