“I bought a Alienware PC for my daughters gaming. I was previously approved for Best Buy credit. The PC was on sale and I signed up for an 18 month payment plan with 0 interest rate. It is automatically taken off my Best Buy card every month. Additionally, I requested a 1year warranty which also covers electronics that I already own to be serviced. I would just have to pay for the parts. Best Buy is a good place to buy electronics that would not be probable to pay upfront. Awsome customer service as well.”
“Ryan was amazing! He helped us with a problem in October and we returned 1/11/25. purchased two new phones and changed cable tv to AT and T/Direct TV. huge savings. Ryan took the time with us,, explained everything thoroughly, and got us good deal. “Fairhaven location was very helpful in getting our family started with our own cell plan! We had to fight through a lot of issues in getting everything connected right, which ended up being me having an old SIM card... but I have to give a special shout out to Lance. Lance is the man, he was super calm and very professional. He made our experience excellent. If it wasn't for Lance, we would have flat out considered leaving Verizon because of how much of a headache simply transferring a Verizon phone from one Verizon plan to another Verizon plan. Thanks Lance!”

Apparently it was an issue I wasn't able to handle at home so Cory did it all for me. Great knowledge and very patient with me. And provide the best customer service I have ever received from a phone company, she was kind and informative and kept 100 percent professionalism while also taking care of other customers, she show true initiative and worked around all the problems brought before her from the boost “customer support” over the phone, she is a an employee that boost should look highly on, she sets the bar for other boost employees to meet. “My experience at dartmouth was exceptional. I have a galaxys23 ultra and had verizon as a service provider and was not impressed at all with such terrible service and terrible customer service as well. I went into t mobile and was help by dj and this guy is the man he is very professional and is highly knowledgeable when it comes to dealing with phones. I highly recommended anyone to go to t mobile in dartmouth if you need help with your phone great customer service and the actual phone service compared to Verizon is untouchable, and the deal they have for switching over to them was great as well”
