“On 7/15/24 I brought my iPad into the Verizon Store on Technology Dr. in Hudson MA. Three days prior my iPad had lost its cellular connection. I had the good fortune of having Michael assist me. He spent quite a bit of time trying to resolve the problem on his own, with assistance from another employee and with tech support over the phone. Additionally he was able to help other customers while working on my issue. We were getting to the point that I was going to have to go to the Apple Store and determine if it was a hardware vs a network issue. One last attempt and success was achieved! He could have thrown up his hands at any point but didn’t. Verizon is lucky to have Michael (sorry I don’t remember his last name) as an employee. When it’s time to upgrade I will definitely return to this Verizon store. Thank you Michael and thank you Verizon,”
“Highly recommend. If you have an issue with your phone, don’t hesitate to bring it here. I was having an issue with my phone screen. Came in and dropped off within minutes. Keep in mind, 2 hours before they closed. Phone was back in my hands and looking great 2 hours later.”

My son's iPhone stopped charging, so we stopped in.. no appointment needed..The woman was right there at the desk and my son told her what the problem was she took his phone and fixed it RIGHT THEN AND THERE!!!!!!! “Amazing customer service. Both the owner and his wife were super friendly and so helpful. They even threw in some extras for a great discount. My husband and I switched from a t-mobile family plan about 2-3 weeks and our service has NEVER been better. Trying to get my other family members to switch. We will definitely be back just for the amazing customer service we received. We recently moved out of the city about 30 mins away but will continue coming to this location for sure! “Brought my grand daughters iPhone in to fix a crack on the back. The repair had a couple of set backs- I confess I was worried ( she is 15- phones are life and any glitch is a life crisis ?)Took a bit of extra time waiting for parts and people, but they couldn't have been more professional and not only got it done right but let her pick a new case by way of apology for the frustration.

“I recently visited the AT&T store in Shrewsbury to switch my phone numbers to AT&T. My salesperson, Travon Howard, was absolutely fantastic!
Travon took the time to clearly explain all the benefits of different plans, and even provided a printout for me to review at my own pace. This made the decision-making process much easier. He also found the most affordable option for swapping our old phones for new ones, ensuring we got great phones under the deal.
Travon was upfront about the potential for a higher first month's bill, but he clearly explained the reason behind it. This transparency was very much appreciated.

“As with all other stores of target , this one was also very well organized and clean . Always love to check this store for any offers and discounted prices . They had so many good deals for dress/ shoes etc . There is a Starbucks inside . shopping and coffee helps overall ... not Many store associates Around to help. Billing is a little slow , because all the counters were closed and they only had auto-checkout machines.. prices are a little high as compared to other stores , but they do price match if u show them competitive prices . Lots and lots of parking outside ... Overall a good experience”
“Broke my phone and called into Hector at this location. He walked me through all my possibilities over the phone so when I got in id have what I need. I ran into some issues with my account but Hector got me through every step even though I had to leave and come back he was more than helpful the entire time throughout the day. Highly recommend Hector and his coworkers at this store they did everything they could and then some.”

“More like Jiminy Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer! I say this because of the wonder this establishment produced for me. To start I should be clear! THIS IS NOT A RESTAURANT! Also! THIS IS NOT AN FOOD STORE FOR EXOTIC PETS!! Confusing I know, but trust me when I say this is probably a useful store. I've been hearing that people have been talking about getting telephones a lot recently and I have good news for you! I think this place sells those specifically! I say I think as I wasn't able to go into this aforementioned phone arena. They were closed when I walked by, but they do have windows in the front that showed some of their products. I mean I couldn't see it too well as I was across the street. But I think they sell phones! I don't know if they are the best phones, but I do know that there is a standing mailbox outside of it which is pretty darn helpful!So whether you have something to mail or you want to look and see if this store has phones for you, there is no need to "Wish Upon a Star" you can just come to Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer when they are open! Unless you just want to use the mailbox, in which case I think that's always open.Also when I was younger I learned how to draw Pinocchio from the VHS cover pretty good. I could only draw this and the cigarette man from Doonesbury. I was praised for one and got in trouble for the other. This sort of neutralized my thoughts on drawing as an activity for me.”

“On the 28th of December my phone broke and had to have a new phone sent to me from my insurance. I received it the next day and thought I was set, however I couldn't get my Dexcom 6 blood glucose monitor off my old phone due to the fact the touch part wouldn't work and the bottom half was black. I went to the T-Mobile store at 537 Lincoln St. and was helped by the entire staff, Elsa, Shaq, Mike and Gabriel. i was there for close to 2 hours with each one of them doing everything they could think of to help me try and retrieve my information and delete the app from my old phone. I eventually got to use a wireless mouse to do this, again with the help from each of these employees. This was extremely important to me due to health reasons as well as customer service above and beyond the call of duty. Not only have I ALWAYS spoken highly of Sprint/T-Mobile, but the people at this specific location are the greatest I have ever come across.”

I want to give a big thank you to Dominic at the Apple Store in Solomon Pond Mall (Marlborough, MA) for his outstanding service on the evening of October 4th, 2025.
Around 7 PM, I came in with my brother after struggling to access my MacBook. I had attempted a reset and entered recovery mode, but couldn’t remember my password and was completely stuck. Dominic stepped in right away and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
He was incredibly professional, patient, and clear in walking me through the steps to regain access. What really stood out was how calmly he explained everything—not just to fix the issue in the moment, but to help me understand what to do if it ever happened again. His knowledge and demeanor made a frustrating situation feel manageable.
I highly recommend this Apple Store location—and especially Dominic—to anyone in the area. With the busy holiday season approaching, it's reassuring to know there are team members like Dominic who truly care about delivering excellent customer service.

Today I needed a new screen protector and had a billing issue that I tried to resolve myself last month with Verizon customer service over the phone, and I was told it was resolved but it wasn’t. Jorge at this location helped me actually resolve this billing issue once and for all, and perfectly installed the new screen protector. Thank you!
